beautiful apartment with everything you need for a family vacation. on the beach about a mile away from the boardwalk. the pool was great as well.
having to walk through the back delivery doors upon check in and out and also not being able to carry beach items in the regular elevator, having to use the service elevator.

First Time Stay In Hollywood Beach”

The condo was absolutely beautiful, very clean, & much more than I expected! I was very pleased with my stay here!
The pool hours posted outside said sunrise to sunset. At 7pm a staff member came out telling everyone the pool was closed…….the sun was still out!! Everyone looked confused and was hesitant to get out the pool so the staff member started taking pictures of everyone with his phone!!!!! I went to the front desk and asked what the hours were and I was told it changed to 7:30pm however the signs hadn’t been updated to reflect the changes. The following day at the pool that same staff member was taking pictures again of people “violating” pool policies and he showed his “evidence” to the security officers whom walked thru the pool area every 30 mins! Smh! I do like the security measures but I think it was a little obsessive. Meanwhile I witnessed someone enter the building who didn’t stay/live here; he simply walked in behind a family going thru the door, he had no mask on so he pulled his shirt up over his face! There was a security person at the elevators but she didn’t say anything to the guy (he didn’t have a mask on or the blue wrist band); he proceeded to get on the elevator and went wherever he wanted. So with that said; I do appreciate the security here but I think they need to focus on more important things going on in the building instead of the people sitting around the pool! And update the pool hours on the signs & that would eliminate any confusion! Smh!

kitchen was equipped with the basics, plenty of towels, and the beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrella was much appreciated! Tv options were good if you needed that. location can’t be beat!
there were only two decent chairs on the balcony. the unit was clean, the only negative was the decor was “tired” in realtor terms.

El departamento excelente. Rente el de planta baja y la verdad que es muy cómodo ya que no hay que utilizar ascensor,
Se trata de un condominio de departamentos. El único problema es que entregan una llave para 2 personas para ingresar al condominio ocasionando problemas si las personas quieren salir en forma individual, ya que una de las dos queda sin llave de acceso. Además no hay comercios en la zona.

El departamento está impecable, es amplio y tiene una vista muy linda al mar. Al menos el del piso 14. Sandra, perdona de contacto, un agrado y siempre disponible.
El edificio. Hay cero control de la gente que de aloja ahí. Ruidos molestos durante la noche del departamento de arriba sin mucho que hacer. El departamento de nos pasaba a olor antiguamente lo que en un principio podría dar lo mismo pero después de varios fías se hace desagradable incluso salía por el ducto del AC.
