The room is clean and European style interior. All of amenities are high quality. Whenever I inquire about housekeeping, laundry, restaurant, and a future delivery from my previous stay hotel, the staffs answered very promptly and politely. The location is also perfect for transportation, restaurants, and shopping. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time, too.

Didnt know it was exactly looking into the station at the time i booked ...love the experience and staff were helpful and attentive. Superb location if you're catching the train to airport next day and want to do some last minute shopping (but certainly we'll stay for more than 1 night next time!) Overall, a very unforgettable experience and we love it! Definitely will return soon!

I always enjoyed Tokyo Station Hotel because its convenient location and world class customer service. This time, I needed concierge service to change shinkansen ticket and Mrs. Mori went above and beyond to accommodate my need. Special thanks Mr. Taraka (I hope I spelled his name correctly) who carried my luggage to shinkansen platform and waited until the train left. Tokyo Station Hotel is historical and beautiful hotel with equally wonderful staff. Definitely come back to stay.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Tokyo Station Hotel for one night during my week in Japan. It is a beautiful property with a true focus on service and hospitality, ideally connected to - yet separate from - Tokyo Station. The highlight of the hotel is the Concierge staff lead by Marie Antoinette Mori. Definitely at the top of concierges in the world based on my experience. In particular, Ms. Mori was able to secure a reservation at a top Michelin restaurant for me when concierges at other well-regarded Tokyo hotels were either ineffective or dismissive. This was a priority for me as a single traveller and made a huge difference over my experiences elsewhere. The service aspect of the Tokyo Station extends to check-in and check-out, even to the extent of being accompanied by hotel staff to my train to Narita to the station gate. I have never had a comparable experience in my years of travel. As other reviewers have said, the rooms are not large, but feel new and well appointed, certainly sufficient for a single traveler. If room size is a priority, one would be best served to explore their larger offerings. On a related note, the hotel is only approximately 4 stories, but very long/wide, so the distance to the lobby could be substantial depending on room location. However, I appreciated that there was a separate entrance dedicated to hotel guests on the opposite side of the property that made it easy to access my room and be steps away from the train station entrance. Overall. a very positive experience at the Tokyo Station Hotel and an exceptional upscale choice for location and service.

The service and location of this hotel is superb”
Perfectly located at Tokyo Station, right next to the south exit of Marunouchi(丸之内南出口）， this luxury (yet featuring a special Japanese-Western style) hotel is way way above my expectation, even though I’ve already read a lot nice reviews on different platforms. It was originally built in 1915 and later on renovated in 2012 I think. You get a 10% off discount if you show a JR pass when check in, yet still the price I got on Agoda is much lower than the rate they offered directly. Would strongly recommend this one.

Convenience without compromise. ”
I chose the hotel as I needed one night arriving in Tokyo before taking the Shinkansen north to go snowboarding. Super convenient taking the Narita Express to Tokyo station. I emailed the hotel staff my ticket and they met me as I stepped off the train car to walk me to the hotel. It wouldn't have been difficult to figure out but having them handle my bags was a nice luxury. Room was lovely though small. Used the spa and it was quite nice. Highly recommended.

History, Elegance, and Wonderful Service”
I made this booking months before I actually went to Japan. The concierge team worked tirelessly with me to make sure my girlfriend and I got to have our dream trip. The location was ideal and super central since it's literally the transit system. The room was amazing, pillows and bed felt great. I'm endeavouring to stay here every time I go to Tokyo.

Exemplary Service”
This was my second stay in a week on the night of flying back to the US. The staff went above and beyond over each little request. I needed to mail something and they walked me two blocks to the post office and hand held me through the process. The room was lovely though not large. Bath is very nice. Location at train station is incredibly convenient without compromising on quality. Highly recommended!
