Excellent location and conditions (rooms, pool). Breathing views by sundowns and sunrise. The rooms are basic, but nice and clean. There is no AC, but a lot of fans, which are enough for a good night sleep. Simple and nicely done with a great value for money.

They still have to work on the services side. The prices are relatively high for what you get in exchange. They target the western tourists, hence the bigger prices. Which would be okay, but the quality of the food and drinks doesn't justify them. I would rather stick to the traditional food and improve the quality. Just one person (quite helpful) really speaks English. This would have not been a problem, as long as you get the drink you ordered by showing it in the menu. Which didn't happend all the time. Like I said, these are not big issues, but for the prices, one has more expectations.

Good location, in the village. I booked the small room but was impossible to sleep since you hear every noise and the room is just up the lobby/eating space. I then changed room and I was better regarding the noise but beware of mosquitos and insects!!! The bungalows are not entirely closed Food is decent but very pricey

Lovely property in the heart of Ban Don village. Run by kind English-speaking staff (they even gave me free petrol) and a couple of friendly dogs. Strong WiFi coupled with beautiful views of the nearby paddy fields means you'll want for nothing. At this price point, it's an excellent option.

Not a negative - just manage your expectations about luxury here, as it's a fairly remote village. There was a thunderstorm when I was there leading to power outages in the village. Expect to use the provided mosquito nets and to share showers with creepy crawlies! But you should know this already...

Accommodation is wonderful: scenic views, nice houses, great atmosphere. Nice and friendly stuff. Shuttle from/to Hanoi on time and flexible in terms of stops. Guided tours offers are all available in English and very detailed.

Breakfast wasn't tasty although the lunch and dinner sets were great. Walls are not soundproof. Maybe a little too expensive guided tours as well as food a la carte

Lên mạng tìm kiếm và tình cờ phát hiện Puluong Valley Home, thấy ảnh phòng đẹp mà giá tốt, mình đặt 02 đêm ở nhà sàn. Thực sự cũng không mong đợi nhiều vì thấy giá rất dẻ chỉ khoảng 210k/1 người đã bao gồm ăn sáng. -Khi đến check in mình khá bất ngờ, khu nghỉ có vị trí cực đẹp view bao quát thung lũng và ruộng. -Phòng nghỉ sạch sẽ, rộng thoáng, nhà tắm nhà vệ sinh sạch sẽ, nước ấm 24h. -Bể bơi dùng bằng bạt nhưng nước sách và có view đẹp, mình thường nghỉ ngơi và đọc sách ở khu bể bơi. -Đồ ăn ngon, đặc sắc, giá dẻ so với các khu khác, món cá nướng, vịt quay rất ngon. -Mr Hoàng và đội ngũ nhân viên thân thiện, chăm sóc khách tốt, tư vấn cho mình một số tour đi bộ quanh bản rất hay. -Bãi đỗ xe rộng, để xe thoải mãi. Mình rất vui và bất ngờ khi em quản lý đã free upgrade mình lên phòng Bungalow cho đêm thứ 2, ưu đãi cho khách ở 02 đêm. -Hạng phòng Bungalow rất chất lượng, view thì miễn chê, trước mặt là con suối nước chảy cả ngày rất êm tai, view ruông, núi và một khu nghỉ xa xa. -Phòng vệ sinh khép kín rất tiện lợi. -Chăn, nệm chất lượng tốt. -Trang trí phòng đẹp. Tìm hiểu ra mơi biết khu này do bên Puluong Retreat set up và vận hành nên chất lượng rất đảm bảo. Chắc chắn mình sẽ giới thiệu cho bạn và quay lại đây khi đi Pù Luông.

Khu nghỉ có thêm dịch vụ massage nữa thì rất tuyệt, nên đa dạng hơn nữa về đồ uống

không khí mát mẻ, trong lành. Nhân viên thân thiện và rất quan tâm đến khách hàng. Phòng ốc thiết kế sạch sẽ và chu đáo.

Trời mưa lớn nên bị mất điện. Tuy nhiên, khu nghỉ vẫn có máy phát điện chạy phát cho cả khu. Máy phát điện chạy hơi ồn chút nhưng thông cảm được
