A Great Experience at a Great Price!”

The staff was friendly, helpful, and attempted to meet our requests in a timely manner. They did not hesitate to address any issues we had and also provided additional insight into the area. The breakfast was well done, well seasoned and authentic. I could not have asked for a better experience. I am happy we selected t12A Victoria.
Nothing, the stay itself was fine. There was a semi-moldy smell in the bathroom but that is expected in a Caribbean country and it could have been coming from the septic system; the bathroom was very clean.

The location is nice and quiet. The staff was friendly and provide excellent customer service. Most importantly for me, the food was exceptional! The chef is quit talented. I will be staying their again on my next trip to Mandeville.

Loved the added detail of Happy Birthday banner on the door, balloons, and the professionalism of all the staff. The breakfasts were delicious & were given an option on what can order. We don't eat meat, so we appreciated this greatly! 10/10 would/will stay again!

- super clean (common area and rooms) - comfortable and clean bed - free Netflix - very well maintained - the staff was incredibly attentive and simply nice (which is not obvious in Jamaica) - I liked the communication and follow ups with the reception through WhatsApp, which was perfect to avoid contact in COVID times. Very thoughtful. - tasteful food; good choice of different free breakfast options
- the rooms could be more soundproof, as the hall area gives an echo which arrives to the upper floor

Breakfast and the service. Both Muggi and Yanique were exceptional.
Maybe a lunch menu can be offered even if it’s at extra charge. More provisions can be made for things like bath soaps and such, especially if you are staying beyond 1 or 2 nights.

I was pleasantly surprised by so many aspects of my stay at JamGolia. To begin with, the location was easy to find. The photos really reflected the current state of the facilities. It is evident that they recently refurbished the property (or perhaps it is relatively new?) The rooms are spacious and it is evident that a lot of thought and effort went into the layout and features of the property. It is also safe which is important for everyone these days. The breakfast was excellent! The staff were all friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the wifi was relatively stable. They also have a pool which I didn't get to use, but for those who are interested, one is available on the property. Even the furniture is tastefully done. I really enjoyed my stay, so much so that I have decided to return.
Just a minor weakness - I was unable to find outside seating apart from 2 chairs by the pool. So, if persons are seated by the pool, there are no other seats available outside. The environment is too beautiful to not have the option to sit outside and enjoy the view apart from at the poolside.
