Gorgeous hotel”
What a fabulous hotel. Came to stay for one night to help celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. The staff were lovely, the room immaculate and there was a lovely card and box of chocolates left in the room for my daughter. The bed was so comfortable and the room spacious and airy. The bathroom was spotless with lovely smelling toiletries to choose from and fluffy gowns and slippers to aid your relaxation! The breakfast was a feast of delights with so much choice and catered for every dietary needs. A wonderful experience all round!

Great location ”
Great location for first time traveler to London like us! But the house keeping can be more consistent! We stayed for 6 nights! We get cookies for the first 2 nights, and none on the remaining! The fridge is not cold! Floor is squicky! Other than that, the room is big and clean!

Fantastic treat”
I booked this hotel as a memorable treat for my son and his girlfriend. They said it was luxurious and a place they won't forget. Great staff and facilities.

It's in the middle of the theatre district for musicals and plays”
You cannot go wrong if you want to attend various musicals, there is a Tina musical in the building as well as a frozen musical performance in the back. The breakfast was great, the only downside were the croissants, which were just bread that looked like croissants, but the overall breakfast menu was tasty. Breakfast and lounge staff were friendly, reception and concierge staff were friendly, but one of the receptionists wasn't too friendly when I checked in.

Food variations at executive lounge in between days can be better

Great theatre location ”
Perfect location to walk to theatres. Only recommendation would be book a table in the bar for an early dinner drink otherwise it is impossible to get in to either of the hotel bars.

Not impressed ”
Agoda listed this one as a five star hotel I can give it if I am nice at most 3 stars The information from Agoda was wrong because the hotel told us it was a four star.

NOT recommended - never again”
My stay at the Waldorf Hilton was shockingly bad. So many bad incidents happened while staying here it was beyond belief, and I absolutely DO NOT recommend staying here, especially at such ridiculous prices. For a hotel of this supposed quality, the way I was treated was outrageous - the staff were incredibly rude and arrogant, the room wasn't ready when I tried to check in, no one picked up the phone for over 30 minutes at the front desk/operator/customer services when I had a request, and a cleaner actually let herself into my room at 9:15am while I was still sleeping. Appalling services, not recommend in the slightest.

Terrible Service”
Check in takes over half an hour wait, room we booked wasn't available. You can't call anyone from the room and every time you tried to go down to reception another half hour wait. In the bar in the evening, ordering a drink takes an hour. Poor reflection on the Waldorf brand, 3-4 star hotel at best.

Failed to honour their website promise”
We had booked to stay Saturday night to see a show. Coronavirus stopped the show and non-essential travel was banned. Despite Hilton's website stating that we could cancel they didn't let us and we lost all our money. We've cut up our Hilton Honors card.

Great location, excellent breakfast”
The Waldorf is now a Hilton and so if your expecting to be whisked back to the hey days of London society, tea dances, and palm court orchestras, you will have to get your timing impeccably right. They still do the odd tea dance but its rarer and the beautiful palm court is usually bare and empty (where I the palms?). However, the hotel is run pretty efficiently by the Hilton Group whose staff our helpful. there is a gym on site although its the rather grubby LA Fitness (pool area really needs some TLC) and the towel they provided was threadbare. However, the breakfasts are excellent with an extensive choice and the location for the city and the West End could not be better. I even nipped out to see a show which was not on the agenda originally but, given the hotel is sandwiched between two of the top theatres, was a doddle.

A Lovely Welcome Home!”
After travelling all the way up from Civitavecchio by train over weekend it was wonderful to be welcomed so warmly at The Waldorf ! Staff from doorman , coffee shop & reception were so welcoming . Our room was a standard Queen, not a good view , but was warm, clean & felt so luxurious. Certainly felt a lot more human after a lovely warm bath & a couple of hours rest . Would highly recommend a stay at The Waldorf & my husband & myself will definitely be back !

great stay, close to attractions”
Great location near bars, pubs, restaurants, Covent garden and west end. Staff very helpful. The newly renovated rooms were a lot nicer than the older ones, tastefully furnished. Decent price for London, too.

Great Westend Location”
We were in London to see a show and The Waldorf is in a great location for that purpose. The staff were very friendly and made us felt welcomed. It is also within walking distance of Waterloo Train Station.

Stunning and luxurious”
We stayed here as a birthday gift while seeing a show in London. The hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff are amazing. The history of the hotel is everywhere and has been kept in top class condition. The rooms are clean and comfortable with all mod cons. Yes, it’s probably a bit more expensive than your average hotel in London, but the quality and service is worth the cost. Highly recommended first class!

Good location, but average hotel”
my husband and i travelled to london for a visit to the theatre and overnight stay. we chose the waldorf hilton because of its good location close to theatres and restaurants. our room was large by london standards and was modern, but dismal. the lighting was poor and had an annoying chandelier light feature quite low over the bed. there was a shallow wall cupboard into which was crammed the kettle, hairdryer, coffee facilities, ironing board and iron. we had booked a package including breakfast. when we arrived in the restaurant we were told we would have to pay for breakfast. this was eventually sorted out by reception, but this was not a good experience. the buffet breakfast was plentiful with a good choice. however, like many breakfast buffets, the bacon and eggs suffered from being out for too long. service in the restaurant was good. the conciege was extremely helpful and interested - unlike the reception staff upon arrival.
