Great Hotel”
Would highly recommend this hotel even if you are not a West Ham football fan. But if you are you get a brilliant view of the pitch from the large and very comfortable room. Also supporters shop on site for all those West Ham souveniers. The hotel was very quiet, the pitch view meant there was no traffic noise. Only a few minutes walk from the tube station so easy access to the centre of London. Great breakfast. Drink & food prices in the bar excellent. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend this hotel, convienient, comfortable & excellent value for money.

Brilliant! We were a bit worried that we'd made the wrong choice of hotel, despite its novelty, as it was a bit of a distance from central London...although easy enough on underground. On arrival the Receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room wasn't huge but, even though neither of us are West Ham supporters, seeing the pitch/ground through the patio windows was amazing. And then when the doors actually opened and you could walk out on to the stands well.... Thankfully the hotel did a really great menu, that was very reasonable (same as normal restaurants/pubs) so we stayed in and enjoyed a relaxing meal and drink. The lady working the bar was just lovely and couldn't do enough for us. All in all a memorable stay.

Brilliant staff,great place to stay”
Great place to stay, we were told about staying there by a West Ham fan!!!! best kept secret hotel in London. clever idea to convert the exex. rooms into bedrooms. making the rooms very quiet as you are away from the road overlooking the pitch,the best kept hotel lawn in London.the staff were very friendly and helpful, very quick to check in and out,and the standard of breakfast and the service was 5*. definatly would stay there again

My stay at The West Ham Hotel”
I decided for my boyfriend's birthday, I would like to treat him to a stay and a game at West Ham. The views were amazing from our room and the room was beautiful and absolutely massive!!! I found some members of staff a little rude throughout the stay, however, there was a lovely lady on the front desk (on Friday 6th May 2016 around 8pm) who was extremely friendly, helpful and concerning (when I asked to borrow an iron, she offered to bring it to my room as I looked as though I was struggling, this to me was excellent customer service and I am gutted I did not manage to catch her name as I would love to let West Ham know she is a credit to the club/hotel. I was extremely disappointed to be told on arrival we had to check out of our room at 8am the next morning - I was never made aware of this before hand. I also queried whether we could sit inside the hotel until a little bit before the game and was told we had to remove ourselves from the building, so we wandered the streets from 8am until 3pm and THEN we were told we were unable to collect our bags until 8pm that night, which was hugely disappointing as this meant we had to hang around for even longer. Thankfully, at around 6:45pm I decided to try my luck and ask a man on the door if we could grab our bags, the kind man let us in and we had lots of help inside in order to get our bags and begin our journey home. I would have been grateful to know this was going to be the case before I booked, I understand there was a match the next day but I was hoping we could have a little bit more of a lay in than a 6:45am one!!! But overall, thrilled and the birthday surprise went down a treat!!!

Great VFM, would stay again”
Put the minor problems to one side and consider the price versus standard/location. West Ham (1) - Opposition (0). An excellent stay, going to visit again in the summer. 30mins from central London or perfect for any east end experience. Great staff, breakfast/bar meals, location. Feedback to hotel: 1) noisy bathroom fan that ran all night, was solved by strategically placed bits of toilet paper; 2) pillows fine of you like sleeping with your head at right angles to your body, I ended up with folded towels (will take my own next time).

Weekend in The West Ham Hotel ”
We enjoyed our stayed & were in London for a family wedding . The views from the room were excellent overlooking upton park . The air conditioning didn't work properly and the room was very hot . The Staff were nice & friendly , but not enough staff on duty . People waiting to be served in the bar for long periods . The breakfast was lovely & the location for the hotel was good for where the wedding was . We also got to meet a few west ham players & coaching staff , who were meeting there for a game on Sunday . Great place for a football fan !!

A wonderful stay in an amazing hotel.”
My stay was fantastic - I was sorry to go home! My room was comfortable, big by London standards, and nicely furnished. The staff couldn't have been better. They were very friendly and warm, and did everything to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. I had a really good time there and will definitely stay there again.

Value for money ”
It was good,reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and parking is free with cctv,that is big plus especially in London. You can park your car and use the London underground or bus.

Great Hotel. Clean Nice rooms with superb Stadium View. West Ham Upton Park area is shady and bit far from Central London. Staff is useless and not so helping. But best place in east london for sure.

40th birthday surprise stay”
Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant, we stayed for 2 nights mid week, We didn't eat at the hotel as breakfast finished far to early which we found a awful shame, the view from our room was amazing we could lay on the bed and see the stands which pleased my partner. The bathroom floor wasn't overly clean and our bed side lamps didn't work, needed new light bulbs apart from that we enjoyed our stay and would defiantly stay at the hotel again.

It was great did not expect such an amazing view from our hotel room , the restaurant staff were very friendly and food was lovely. Only bad thing was the receptionist when we arrived was quite rude and didn't seem like she wanted to be there. Seemed more interested in her appearance and flirting with the men than helping.

A novel place to stay with great view of the pitch”
A good night's sleep as the rooms face the pitch so very quiet despite being in heart of East End. Accommodating staff happy to allow us to use the on-site parking after we'd checked out - we were at the Ride London event.

Quiet, nice, squeaky bed!”
The stay was lovely, if you are going to the 02 be aware that the tube we went to get on was delayed for over an hour so had to get a taxi at the cost of £30! but the tube journey back was fantastic and only took around 15minutes. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. The breakfast is really nice and you can help yourself to as much as you want. The only problem I encountered was a very squeaky bed.

Quite Dissapointed :(”
Because there was team training we were not allowed to actually see the stadium. Snuck in there for a few photos but wasn't easy and the lady on reception was quite unsympathetic when telling us we couldnt go see it. Why would I book a room here and NOT want to see the ground!? Breakfast was average at best and location was not the safest feeling at night.

Good stay for the price”
I stayed the night before the RideLondon100 cycle ride, the staff were fine about me taking my bike into my room. The only downside was the hotel didn't open for breakfast until 7am which meant I didn't have the chance to have any.
