Lovely little hotel ideal for Westfield and the O2”
We stayed here to see a show at the O2. We booked at the last minute and got a good price compared to others in the area. It’s a great little hotel. Only 5 min walk from Westfield. So clean and beautifully presented inside. The rooms are small but fine our 1 night stay. Bathroom is small but sparkling clean. Didn’t eat there as chose to go to Westfield and the O2. Comfy bed and everything you need in room. Friendly and helpful staff on reception. I will definitely stay there again.

Exceptional”
Honestly we were there for a quick short stay & had only one night but that was the biggest pitty of all as the place was amazing, the staff were so nice, helpful, welcoming and definitely all of them had that smile on their faces which makes you feel instantly welcome. The room was just perfect, even though a bit small but it had all necessities at its best, very clean and everything tip top. Thanks a real lot to all the staff for being such an amazing team. Look forward to getting back to the Westbridge Hotel :)

The hotel is comfortable, it has an excellent location. The room is small but very comfortable. the staff was very nice, they made our stay more enjoyable. breakfast very good, the neighborhood very quiet and the subway station 10 minutes walk. the room is small but ideal for the night because it was very comfortable and very clean.

Totally did the job”
To be honest, we booked The Westbridge simply because of it's location. However, the staff were all really helpful and friendly, our (base) room was all brand new, functional and comfortable, and breakfast was good, though catering for a wide range of needs. If I am staying around Stratford again, I'll be booking this hotel.

ABBA show stopover”
I chose this hotel as it was close to the ABBA Voyage venue. It doesn’t look that great from the outside, could do with a paint but inside it was a different story. We chose the heatwave weekend so glad to find lovely aircon in reception. Speedy check in then short distance to our rooms on the 2nd floor, mine overlooking the high street. Beautifully clean, just whacked the aircon up to max to make it a perfect temperature. Very well equipped with hairdryer lovely towels, toiletries fridge and safe even an ironing board and iron. Not at all noisey despite the busy street outside. Speedy checkout, though we could have stayed till noon at no extra cost. Very much recommended.

Fantastic ”
Wow what a great hotel from the moment we stepped in we were treated with such professionalism. Every member of staff were polite and courteous . The room was lovely very clean could not have had any thing better. We eat in the hotel for both breakfast and evening meal outstanding service and our compliments to the chef. Set menu was outstanding. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel and we will return due to the outstanding members of staff and the excellent service. Thank you once again. Great stay at an amazing hotel”
I normally don't resort to writing reviews but today I am compelled to. This hotel is in a nice location very handy if you need to go locally for amenities. The rooms are modern and clean though one could say a little bit smaller than some other hotels. The staff are professional, friendly and very accommodating. I would have stayed her a day longer didn't feel like leaving and the beds are nice too I slept really well.

We booked online, staff were polite, helpful and friendly. The hotel was super clean., definitely value for money. The hotel had everything a 4 to 5 star hotel had including the little necessities such as iron, dryer ect. The only downside is, there is no parking but there is a station 1 minute away.

Not centrally located but very close to public transport, shopping and dining ”
This is a boutique hotel in Stratford. At least 30 minutes via tube from central London. Staff was very efficient. I booked a double and it was very nice. Room service and on-site dining available. A very large shopping center is within walking distance which has very good dining and fast food options.

Professional and friendly services”
Front desk is super helpful and friendly. We checked in around 10:30 in the evening, and need food. The gentleman in front desk helped us to search a several of restaurants still open and closed to the hotel. Our deluxe room has a huge balcony but the size of room is a bit smaller than we expected. The feature of rooms are good and new. 10 mins walk to the London Stadium and Westfield Stratford. Tesco express is within 3 mins walk. If you need to stay in Stratford instead of the Central London, I would highly recommended thus hotel.

The hotel is not central but the nearly tube station is on both the Central and Jubilee lines so getting around is easy. The DLR Station is also nearby (about 100 m away). Room was good, staff helpful and efficient and, surprisingly for UK hotels it had a refrigerator in the room, small but still a refrigerator. Would book again.

The room was a little small. Asked for two singles, but they were only separated by millimeters. However the positives, re service and facilities definitely made you overlook any minor negatives. Great place to stay and would go back

Fresh and clean hotel ”
Originally booked for its location but pleasantly surprised by the facilities (didn't have time to use them) Bedroom was on the ground floor to the side of the building but no street noise. Everything looked clean and fresh and nicely designed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Enough choice at breakfast.
