Shortage of essential facilities. property is not centrally heated. Not equipped to provide for December -January chill. Room heaters provided were inadequate. Excellent kitchen and food preparations. Bakery needs to improve. Rooms well furnished. However, no choice of pillows as pillows provided are too soft. Gaming and sports facilities are short looking to approx 300/350 guests that can be accommodated in the property. The staff is well behaved and courteous but needs further training. approach to the property is poor lacking directions. without GPS you will be lost. All in all worth a visit once, won't regret. Hopefully in due course they will raise standard of their facilities and services.

Slow service”
The bathroom door was stuck and it took more then 1.5 hours to get the hotel staff inspect it 1st time... service was extremely slow... had to call more then twice each time... the case of the quilt had holes...

honeymoon stay ruined by noisy families”
We booked in here for 3 nights as we are travelling India on our honeymoon so thought we would splash out on some luxury accommodation whilst we were here. Great sized room and super comfortable bed, great sized shower although the bath tub was a lot smaller than expected only fitting 1 adult in it. The room was quite luxurious, nice sized balcony to sit out on. We chose to dine in the hotel restaurant on our first night there, that was a mistake. All was going well until the familes brought in with them their 10+ children who started running around the restaurant like it was a McDonald's!! The parents showed absolutely no respect to other guests staying in the hotel and no control over their children, I nearly had my drink knocked over twice by kids running past my table...completely ruining the enjoyment of my dinner. The hotel staff were very poor showing no power what so ever in controlling these kids or even making an offering to us to make amends. The next day we decided to have a swim in the pool, yet again it was ruined by the familes with their kids taking over the resort, very disappointing and not something I would expect from a 5 star resort. Also the music was absolutely terrible, they had the same playlist of commercial electro on repeat at the pool blasting way too loud...it really ruined any chance to relax there. Another sour point was paying 1400rps return for a return taxi into Pushkar, way too steep. So all in all, staying at this place is a gamble. If you get lucky with no kids when you stay you will probably have a better time than we did. The room and the buffet breakfast were the redeaming features about this hotel. Also watch out for the 28% tax you have to pay as that stung us on check out.

Apart from the fact that it the last in line resort and there is no transport available back and forth from Resort, everything is fantastic from staff to facilities to food. Totally worth the value. I simply enjoyed my stay and so did our kid who had ample entertainment options available.

it was quite side of pushkar town. we stayed for 1 night on the way to Jaipur. its new hotel / resort. so found few group travelers along with us. facility was good and breakfast was nice.

Beautiful place, but too far from Pushkar, and they clearly take advantage of the fact that you are stuck there, by charging 2 times the price to go to Pushkar center, and food and drinks are expensive even if this place was in Paris. Staff is nice, but not more. Gorgeous place though.

Small, decent property with great food and Outstanding Service”
Amazingly courteous and efficient staff makes an otherwise Average property exceptional. The property is small but decent, though in all honesty nowhere to match the standards of other Mariott properties we have stayed at. You can easily get more VFM options nearby. The activities are fairly limited. No walking trails, no badminton or tennis courts and the decent ones that are there like Zorbing, Camel cart ride are all chargeable. That sounds cheap when you book a property like this. All the complaints aside, the food is marvelous, the staff is simply amazing and they made this vacation fun and memorable for us. Special mention for Mr. Narendra, Ms. Reema and a host of people there that were ever smiling, courteous and ever helpful. I wish there was more than 5 star rating i could give for them. Thank you all for making this a wonderful vacay for us.
