Exceptional”
Westin was excellent in every way. Cost was high, but compared to Japan it was reasonable for what it offered. Greatest of locations. Chinese restaurant was average at best and pricy for offering. Needs work for international audience I would highly recommend the Westin Tokyo Hotel for international guest. Overall it is a 5 Star facility. Rick

Nice stopover”
Stayed at the Westin for 3 days. The check in and service at front of house was excellent. The rooms were very large for hotels in Tokyo (western style size) and comfortable and well appointed. It had the level of service that you would come to expect from a Westin. Whilst the hotel is about 500-600m from Yebisu station, the walk is entirely covered through a mall which is useful in Winter.

Very nice, but will be due for renovation soon”
Very nice -- big comfortable room, nice staff. Negatives: (1) has not been renovated since built in the mid-90s, so starting to get a little dated, (2) they charge $15 per day for WiFi (pet peeve!), and (3) alone among the 10+ Tokyo hotels for which I have booked rooms through Agoda, they insisted on charging an addition 200 yen per night in "city tax." At every other hotel I have ever stayed at in Tokyo, the Agoda payment covered all taxes. At first they explained that it is because they are in Tokyo (but why haven't other Tokyo hotels charged it??), then tried to say their contract with Agoda is different from other Tokyo hotels. Not a lot of money, but irritating to be gouged something that other hotels do not.

Nice stay”
Westin is near from Ebezu station, so very easy for us to explore Tokyo. Across the hotel there is Mitsukoshi shopping mall where you can find all best things of Japan. Unfortunately the voucher was room only, so we don't have a chance to try their breakfast buffet. Basically we are recommend this hotel.

Standard business hotel.”
Great. Clean and nice but not super cheap. Overall a good experience and I definitely recommend it for travelers looking for us quality hotel in Japan. Ebisu has all needs for food and shopping, and transportation.

Pleasantly convenient stay at the Westin Tokyo”
We has a pleasant stay at the Westin Tokyo, great location and reasonably priced for Tokyo standards, the Airport shuttle dropped us off at the door and on departure we didn't have to go far!

Great room - food needs a revamp”
It serves all of the great business traveller needs. Great room and lots of attentive staff. Only downside was the food and beverage. For a great foodie town like Tokyo I was underwhelmed by the food options and the speed of food service. Lesson here is to eat outside the hotel

Hotel is great but breakfast buffet was boring. ”
Overall It was great, it was not far from the train station Ebisu station. However, We were there all week and we were eating same breakfast everyday. They didn't even change single thing. Imagine if we stayed longer. We were getting sick of the same food every single day.

Excellent business hotel”
Was here for meetings at the hotel. Room is well appointed and spacious with views over the small park nearby (and Tokyo Tower in the distance). Professional staff as one would expect. Good breakfast selection.

great hotel”
I was quite satisfied with my stay here, albeit short. location was somewhat convenient, as ebisu station was easily accessible to major tourist attractions. however, there was a 10 minute walk from the station to the hotel, which would be quite tiring after a long day of sightseeing.

LUXURIOUS AND FRIENDLY”
AN OASIS IN TOKYO. HAVE STAYED HERE 4 TIMES, WHEN NEEDING A BREAK FROM THE BUSY-NESS OF SHINJUKU AND MARUNOICHI. ALWAYS A PLEASANT STAY. SETBACK WAS A CHARGE FOR WIRELESS IN THE ROOM.

Old, needs a refurb, but does the job”
Good - big rooms, lots of space. Location close to train station with lots of options for restaurants and cafes (but not bars). Bad - is looking dated. Old "royal" or colonial look is out of place in Tokyo. Tech in the room is old, air con only worked part of the time, room service bland and un exciting. Punchline - a fine hotel but too expensive for the condition it is in

Large room in a nice area”
Staff was good, speaking good English. The gym is a bit small and crowded but the view on Tokyo roofs is priceless. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms very nice.

Dissappointing for roperty”
The Tokyo Westin did not meet our expectations that generally are in great locations, have top notch rooms, great service and are family friendly. The Tokyo Westin is located not really near anything; cab rides are expensive and the subway is a 10/15 minute walk. Rooms look dated; furniture and carpet worn. Service was polite, but not accommodating, we had several facility issues (broken a/c, toilet running, etc) that the staff grudgingly had to help us and made us feel bad asking for them to be addressed.

Almost Perfect”
It was almost perfect. Especially loved the Japanese breakfast. A bit of a walk to the actual train track but liked the fact that it's away from the hustle and bustle. We checked out early but left our bags at concierge which we picked up three hours after. Found out upon arriving in Sapporo that left some things at the room. Called the hotel and expressed disappointment as to why they couldn't have informed me that we forgot some things considering there was enough window. Anyway thankfully they managed to send to me in Manila (waived hotel fee because I said they shouldn't be charging me anything in the first place) and parcel arrived safe and complete. Rooms could use updating.

Value, tidy and comfortable hotel”
The location of this hotel is good, though it took 15 minutes to walk to subway. There are many good shopping places and restaurants around. And it is well downtown located. The staffs are very nice and considerable. And room is with high quality. I will visit again next time.
