One of my favourite hotels in the Tokyo/Yokohama area. The rooms are all very large by Japan standards, and most have balconies and great views across the Minato-Mirai waterfront area, which is illuminated at night. Is directly connected to a large shopping complex. Highly recommended.

Only minor thing my hubby and I suggest is, room service time(s) and menu should be updated or mentioned to every customer right at check in if there are any changes. We had planned on ordering in for breakfast our first full day with all the choices they had, come to find out that their menu was limited. Not sure if it’s due to COVID. Overall, my husband and I enjoyed our stay. I had reserved the Grand Corner Suite (Bay View)😍 for his birthday. Would love to go back again and DEFINITELY recommend this hotel to anyone‼️

It’s the second time I go. I always go to the luxury ocean room that has a huge window in the bathroom and you can have a great view while enjoying the bathtub. It is superb! I never really eat there so not sure about the restaurants, but the staff is super nice and the bar is expensive, but a very nice environment.

Superb location for dining and outings for kids”
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel because it is directly linked to 2 shopping malls which mean that we didnt have to be exposed to the hot sun and rain during summer. Our main priority was to try out the different japanese cuisines and we were not disappointed. There are so many dining options in the two shopping malls which offer excellent japanese cuisine at very affordable prices. Ippudo was only SG$7-SG$10 compared to SG$20+ in Singapore. Like most hotels in Japan, the hotel does not provide bottled drinking water. So we had to buy them at the convenience store which is in the shopping mall just a short distance away from the hotel lobby. The view from the hotel was fantastic, we could see the ferris wheel, the recreation park and the habour. If the weather was good, we could have just walked around the habour which is so easily accessible from the hotel by foot. It was walking distance to the Nissan Cup Noodle factory where my kids enjoyed making their own cup noodles. The hotel room is spacious, pleasant and clean. The bed is very comfortable. It has a separate toilet, shower area and even a quite a large bath tub. The toilet seat is even heated! This hotel is great value for money and will highly recommend to anyone. I will stay at this hotel again if I returned to Yokohama.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone's first time visit to japan. The area it's located in is extremely pretty being on the waterfront of Yokohama bay. It's extremely close to a ton of cafes and dinners that are located in Queens Square which it's directly connected to, plus the Minato Mirai station is right there too so you never even have to walk outside to reach it. The other great thing is even for being so close to Tokyo about a 20 minute train ride you don't have super busy/crowed like other parts of Japan has. I will be staying at this hotel again for my next trips to japan.

A classy hotel with amazing view to Yokohama Bay”
It is a typical Japanese design hotel. Classic but classy! My room is facing yokohama bay, we can see a ships and a big wheel in the amusement park. This hotel is located in Queen Square building, which has amenities like stores, restaurants and even connected to Minato Mirai line. 5 minutes walk to Nissin Cup Noodle museum, 15 minutes walk to Yamashita Koen and around 20 minutes walk to Chukugai/Chinatown.

Spectacular Views of Tokyo Bay!”
This has been my favorite hotel I've stayed at while being in Tokyo. The view of Tokyo Bay and Cosmo World was breathtaking! I also loved sitting out on the balcony which made for glare-less pictures. The room was very welcoming and had more space than usual hotels in Tokyo. I highly recommend staying in this hotel if you want amazing views of Yokohama!

JR line from Tokyo to Yokohama only take half an hour and Japan JR is SUPERB! When u reach yokohama station, take a cab to the hotel and the hotel is better known as Pan Pacific hotel, don't know why. Check in time is 2pm and the process was brisk. very well trained staff and concierge. Arranged everything such as bus to Narita the next day and all reservations were done efficiently. Pay for a better view room u will get to see lights from the theme park and the Tokyo bay view. Shopping malls are next to the Hotel. But if u want more choices, go to Yokohama Station, u have takashimaya, isetan, sogo, lumine and thousands of small retail shops of any kind. Restaurant choices excellent and cheaper than in Tokyo. Yokohama is a good city to visit.

Everything about the hotel say 'quality.' After several nights in cramped 'business hotel' accommodations we treated ourselves to a high end hotel in a beautiful location. It's a great place to experience contemporary Yokohama, and also convenient via subway to Chinatown and other parts of the Bay Area. Loved it!
