The hotel is in a great area with so many good restaurants around. It's near a lot of major attractions in London and it was really easy to get around. The room itself is good, decent size and the bed was comfortable. They also provided hot chocolate/coffee/tea and there's a kettle in the room. The pillows can be bigger and the shower floor sometimes let's some water out but nothing major to complain about. The service was really great, the staff was prompt, helpful, and considerate. I will definitely try to stay here again the next time I'm in town.

This was my first stay in a Z Hotel and i will definitely use them again. The room was impeccably clean as was the bathroom. I had the room to myself but I suspect if you were a couple the layout of the bed, with access on only one long side, would be a little awkward. The staff we spoke to were very friendly. The only negative I have is that there was a green light in the ceiling, not sure of its purpose, but it was so bright that I have to sleep with something over my face all night.

Such a fab spot if you want to be close to the main london attractions and theatre land. Was upgraded to a room with a window and had a fab view of Covent Garden!! Room is compact but was comfortable and had everything I needed.

Quite surprised how good the location was. I thought I knew Covent garden pretty well and may have missed this hotel but it hadn't been open long. Found staff to be excellent couldn't do enough for you. All very attentive, even solved a problem for me before I arrived via the telephone. Rooms bijou but not intending to stay in room was more than adequate. I believe family rooms are very good after speaking to a family. Nice touch the free cheese and wine. Breakfast is available not expensive for London. Will definitely go back.

I’ve stayed in compact hotels before and wasn’t expecting anything more than a windowless room with a bed squeezed in but this hotel was fabulous and we’ll definitely stay here again for our weekends in the city. It’s stylish and the location particularly was perfect. Can’t recommend it enough!

Great hotel, great value basing on the fact that London hotels are never cheap. Great location between 3 underground stations. A stone's throw away to Convent Garden Market. Clean rooms, modern, pleasant. Large flat screen TVs with cable. Friendly staff.

Ideal location for Covent Garden, Leicester Square and all the attractions. Theatres are within walking distance. I had booked for 2 adults and 1 child and we were given a room with one bed, not ideal but manageable. Upon checking in, the lovely Receptionist upgraded on last night to a family room. Much better and we’ll definitely be back.

Staff were great. They allowed us early entry to our room and kept our luggage for us the next day. The family room was as small as it could possibly be but very well designed. We were all happy with our double bunk beds. Good shower. Fantastic location, so many things in walking distance
