Overpriced noisy hotel with poor service and facilities.”
This hotel was a disappointment. Firstly it was impossible to locate staff in the evening - reception was unstaffed. There was no internet access, problems with the hot water and TV and no hand towels or hand soap. Worst of all there was continual traffic during the night and it was impossible to sleep.

If you want peace and quiet - do not stay here. Street noise (passing cats, tricks and whizzing motorbikes) is non stop, loud and 5 metres away for front facing rooms is significant.

Staff was rude, especially the old women. Was mentioned by the old women that have to flush the toilet softly, open and close the door softly, everything have to be gentle. Room not clean, have lizard shit and lizard inside and cricket. Floor feel dusty. Room design was so so only. Will not come again.

This hotel was not clean, hairs in shower and room, room not cleaned after first night, bed not made up and cups used but not cleaned, room faced road, road noise very loud, pillows to large and hard, overall I would not recommend this hotel !!

Yes, someone tried to build a hotel. No it didn’t work out well: dirty, tons of dead bugs behind the bed an 3mm dust on the bad room mirror, electrical installation working only dodgy, no breakfast,… windows not closing well (hello lizard) next to noisy road, … please close this joint.

Awfully bad hotel ”
This was the worst I have stayed in anywhere in the World....by far. The lady owner was rude. It had dogs barking and roosters crowing all night. The vip room was the worst room I have been in . The bed was crap. The air con didn't cool the room. The hotel is right on a big road, so with roosters, dogs, a terrible bed and car noise I didn't sleep all night, oh and did I mention the rude lady owner?

It's a brand new boutique hotel. The room is well decorated. High ceiling. It's not exactly downtown but by car it's only five minutes to the Main Street. Staff are very friendly

Family business not professional”
I had booked this hotel with agoda 5 adauts 2 VIP room + 1 Extrabed. I have a voucher for checkin but the person who stay at the front desk at that time said this voucher is just a booking not paid and extra bed need to be charge more 800 ฿ . Ofcouse I had saved the confirmation email from agoda too, then I had to show her the detail of booking that show everything about type of room and extra bed in plus and all expenses. Anyway she still ask for 100 ฿ for extrabed and said agoda price is too low they didn't get any profit and they have a walkin guest that can pay that cost in no complain??? I don't mind about the price but it's not right. My Booing is correct as Agoda deal. And what the problem???

This Hotel has really Good gym. Hotel management also is nice. Rooms are really Well built, clean and nice. Breakfast did not have Any options. It was one way made omelet.

Nice Hotel but Awful owner”
The hotel looks great. The design has really given trouble. The young man at the front desk was unfortunately very rude and unprofessional. We would be there with small children. On the Agoda booking site it was said that children up to 3 years stay free. Forget it!!! At the check in the gentleman at the front desk we still cash nachzahlen.
