You can rent a boat directly on the reception on best price and its on the beach on the same place. Dont forget to find nearest interesting places around this hotel. Mary and her team worked really hard to please us. The room was lovely and priced fairly. The view over the sea is amazing. The breakfast was specially prepared and covid safe. Very generous with the amount of food served. The lunch was delicious. This place is a little jem.
The toilet seat needs replacing only because it has faded.

Hard to find anyone at reception. First room given had a terrible smell and a blocked sink so was given a different room. No facilities provided to make a coffee

the beachside view and location are 5 star….only to be let down by the rooms and facilities generally….this place could be amazing if it had a little spent on it….and would command a much higher room rate….
rooms were clean but scruffy and in poor condition. the place is in dire need of some renovation. it could be an amazing place. the pool was dirty and the decking was rotten and dangerous in areas….such a shame. I’m not sure what is going on here but funds seem to be stretched. I hope they work it out.

The place is nice, spacious and comfortable. Some of the people working there were friendly with us.
Welcome was unfriendly and harsh; took until ten in the night and several calls until we had the bedding and towels for our son (sofa was not prepared, came with a dirty bedsheet). We had booked an appartment with kitchen, but the kitchen was empty (no plates, cutlery, glasses, pot, pan...). We were told this was due to Covid restrictions. We would have appreciated to read about that on the website in advance (the studio description still listed all kitchen utensils until we had arrived), or to be informed about it in one of the mails we had received from the manager. Like that we either had to go to the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, or to buy kitchen utensils.

Don’t blow off your customers.”

Location was lovely. Such a shame to have such a bad experience in a place that could have been wonderful.
We suffered all night with no air conditioning. There were two in the room but one did not have a remote and was completely unusable. We addressed this issue and nothing was done about it. The “working” air conditioning did nothing, whoever checked it said it worked yet we were told someone was coming to fix it on Friday. So which one is it? Working or needs to be fixed? My daughter also got up in the middle of the night to use the toilet and the water was shut off. I didn’t believe and checked myself- no water. No water in the kitchen sink either. We were up all night with two small children trying not to suffocate by sitting outside but that didn’t help much and with no water we couldn’t even cool ourselves down. It was down right torturous.
