Love the fact that we've got the clerks on top of us! Wonderful residency service. The room is clean, the staff always laugh with the guests. Very nice the evening Shift guy. 10/10 futhermore , the reception in the morning solidified the checking out. Feel cared for in this place.

Valuable price, good to stay”
The hotel is quite old but good to stay, stuffs inside room are work well. Staffs are friendly and willing to help if you ask. On the day I check-in, due to the train's delay so that I came to hotel a little late, if you guys in same case to me, leave phone number or contact to them. Hue is not too big but travel on foot will not a great idea, rent a motobike from hotel to make everything easy. Water in room is free, be filled up everysingle day.

Value for money with great location and super friendly staff”
The hotel is located just right opposite to the Cathedral and it is very convenient to get to literally everywhere! The staff are super friendly and helpful. Non English speaker staff but they will speak to you with the softest accent of Hue people and give you a truly local experience. Highly recommended!

Just OK with the budget”
1. They took really nice photos which is the same property however you will disappoint when you see your room on check in day. The room is old. 2. There are TV, Air conditioner work well. 3. Hot water is too hot to use. The standard temperature should be around 45•C, however hot water here could burn you. 4. There are two mini packs of hair gel. No shower either soap for body are provided. 5. There is no phone to call reception. 6. Minibar smells badly and dirty. You can get sick. I had to go down stair to ask receptionist changes and clean minibar. 7. Bed cloths are old and smells. I ask to change new. 8. There is no night duty so when I come back at 00:00. They put my key on the front desk like invite everybody to my room (throw a party?) 9. Receptionist have good communication and helpful. They listened and try to handle my complaints. 10. House keeper make up room well. 11. Nice concept with vintage tiles. 12. I paid $25 for 2 nights. It’s fair enough.

음식점과 같이 있어 밤까지 시끄럽다. 가끔다니는 기차소리가 잠을깨운다. 낡고 벌래가 많다. 그다지 관리를 하지 않는다. 가격만큼 안한다고 보면 된다. 그래도 아주 엉망은 아니다. 가격을 생각하면 뭐 그리 나쁘다 할순 없다. 하지만 더 싸져도 난 안간다. ^____^;
