Clean and comfortable room, great value !”

Clean room, close to airport and not too far from the city centre. Local food is cheaper than in the city centre ( district 1) and probably taste better to my own taste.

Comfortable , good value considering the room rate.

Nice room, close to airport

The Thien Trang Hotel was excellent value for money. We paid a night for a standard double type 3 room and we were extremely satisfied. The room had all the standard features, however the location to the city itself was only average. The performance of the staff was acceptable, however, the level of english could improve.

Good hotel, room, but not in the city centre”

Good room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom.

We were very pleased with our staying in the hotel. Because it's located outside the touridt area, we had the chance to see the local people and the we could easily get to the city by bus (number 13, 65). The wifi wasn't working well in our room (always disconnected).

中心地から遠く、やや不便でしたが、スタッフはいつも笑顔で親切にしてくれました。部屋の広さは、一人なら十分です。ただ、気候のせいか、窓がないせいか、小さい虫が結構出ます・・・。

家族経営らしく、スタッフは良心的

到着したのは、深夜２３時半すぎ。 バウチャーを見せたものの、予約のメールが来ていないとのこと。 （パソコンを見せてもらいました） 部屋もない様子でしたが、 大急ぎで、部屋を用意してくれました。 結果的に、泊まることもできたし 料金を再度、請求されることもありませんでした。 英語も話せないようでは、外国人観光客を迎え入れるのはどうかと思います。 もう泊まりたくないと思います。
