Gleaming Jewel in the Heart of Beirut”
From the rooftop bar and pool to the spacious rooms and friendly, trustworthy staff, Hotel ThreeONine receives our top rating. We had the privilege of staying for three nights prior to our tour of Lebanon and Syria, and another night on our return leg in Beirut. We arrived at abut 3am from London, quire weary, yet were greeted by a friendly staff member who we chatted with over a drink. The room was spacious, very up-to-date with the most modern conveniences and had air conditioning that worked 24/7. This was at a time when the heat and humidity were unusually high in Beirut. The aircon even worked during power cuts, which we learned was not the case for our friends staying at other hotels at the same time. The rooftop bar was icing on an already delicious cake. It was a place where we invited two sets of friends over for drinks as we overlooked the Mediterranean and who said they wished they'd booked here. During our second visit, enjoyed the small rooftop pool/jacuzzi. The food and drinks were lovely, both at the rooftop bar and in the cafe at the front of the hotel where we enjoyed breakfast. Before our departure, I lamented the fact I could not find an open post office (Libon Post) in order to mail off my postcards. I wrote a note to the front desk team, included my ~10 postcards and $20 US bill. The postcards all arrived yesterday. A very special thanks to the front desk staff, including Najat and Lorena, and to everyone else at Hotel ThreeONine. We hope to be back again. Thank you for a lovely stay with you and in Lebanon.

The staff r friendly and helpful, location not far from the beach 10 to 15 min walk. You have an exchange office right in front of the hotel, a lots of fast food shops around. The area is safe and clean. For day trips ask the reception, they will recommend a trusted taxi driver.

Nice and centrally located. Room was clean and room service was available a well as daily housekeeping if you wanted it. The Wi-Fi worked but was slow (can be expected in Lebanon). Overall a great experience, we would stay again!

Best option a real hidden gem”
It was sheer luck to find this hotel while looking for one at Beirut. I couldn't be happier with my choice, the room was big and comfortable, the staff was very helful and hte rooftop was a real pleasant surprise.
