Terrible mess behind the bed. The shower drain did not work. There was no toilet paper and no window in the room. Also no shops or restaurants open nearby for dinner. But the receptionist was exceptional - we wanted a beer in the middle of the night and he drove on scooter to get us some.

se non fossero sorti "problemi" con il tour del delta acquistato tramite loro (colazione si, colazione no ? pranzo incluso o pranzo escluso ?) una assicurazione di viaggio che è stato cambiato il pomeriggio prima della partenza (nessun problema, il pullman c'è alle 8 ed il traghetto alle 13 . . .. poi, pullman alle 3 a.m.e traghetto alle 8.45) con tante scuse si, ma partenza alle 3 !!!!, dicevo, se non ci fossero stati questi irritanti inconvenienti, sarebbe stato anche un discreto soggiorno. Quindi se dovete prenotare qualcosa da loro, una riflessione ulteriore la farei.

Rất bực mình, Đặt agoda phòng 500K giảm giá 50% còn 250K. Đến nơi lấy phòng lễ tân đưa đến phòng 500K, xong lại nói là nhầm phòng và phải trả lại phòng 500K đó và nói đặt qua Agoda 250K do vậy chỉ được ở phòng 250K thôi. Phòng rất xấu không đúng như những gì Agoda đưa lên mạng; đi đi lại lại rất nhiều lần làm trẻ nhỏ mệt và thấy mình không được tôn trọng. Nhân viên thì thô lỗ
