Good staffs, but on the first day we were put on r 304, the wifi was hard to reach and no elevator so bringing big luggage is problem. Took a bath late and you cant have hot water. The next day change to room 102 smaller althought we book double room

Smelly, dirty, unkept”
It is cheap indeed but it’s only worth it if you *really* can not afford to pay a bit more. It is not so clean, the room is smelly, smelly closet which you won’t want to use, dirty walls etc. Smell of fried food came from under the door, from the family living downstairs. Smell of cigarette smoke came from the bathroom, from the neighbour. The room itself smelled bad. Dirty window. Noises from the neighbours, very poor insulation. Bathroom cleaned poorly. The area is ok and quiet and not so far from the Center. The reception lady was very nice. But these small plus points still don’t make it a good place to live, even for 1-2 nights.

The motel ask me deposit first although I choose option Pay at Hotel. Late checkin to 45 Minutes due to their late cleaning. The room is very very dirty, thin mattress. And finally, no hot water. Never come back again and suggesting my friends stay away from this motel.

Booked two nights and had to find another hotel the first night. No hot water, not hair dryer, moldy walls, a giant cockroach and got offered a can of insecticide!? Even got rejected when we asked for a refund just for the 2nd night... No doubt the worst hotel and customer service I've ever experienced in Vietnam in the past 10 years.

I was very unlucky - so wouldn't go again”
I had an unlucky stay. The personal was very friendly and cute, they welcomed me quite nicely. The room was okay, but no window facing outside and only a fan that was directed directly at the bed. Shower was barely working. But for the price it was totally fine. The problem started with the fact that the reception did not tell me that they would close the front gate during the night. I came back at 1am and the gate was closed, and I had to sleep outside the hotel on the streets until someone opened the gate at 6.30 am. Knocking and ringing did not help, and my phone contract did not allow me to call. So I spent the night sleeping IN FRONT of the hotel. It would have been nice if they would have told me about this. Second issue was with laundry. They offered to wash my laundry and I got back my white laundry completely PINK and in addition to that as dirrty as beforee. So I lost about 100 USD of laundry. Unlucky me, I'm sure you can also have a perfect stay at this motel!

Great value for money and lovely owners ”
We were travelling through and found this place. It was so lovely we stayed an extra night. The room was tidy, comfy bed and pillows. The staff didn't speak much English but that was no drama and they were super lovely and helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel :)

Excellent stay”
I booked for one night only. But loved it so much, I stayed for three. I could have stayed for weeks. The rooms were bright and clean and had everything necessary. The manager tried very hard to communicate in English. She was very sweet. At the end of the side street is a fabulous coffee place called Passion Coffee. Be sure to go there!

So we arrived and the receptionnist was very kind. The floor in the room was wet and the room was very humid. We also found some cigarets butch behind the bed. Finally, the blanket was too small for two...did not even match the size of the bed. At night the staff downstairs were screaming and listening to music, because of the echo we couldn’t sleep before midnight.

This Hotel is dirty, super laut, inkompetent Staff, even they are unable to book a Bus for you or call the Bus Terminal. They charge you 20.000 VD for a TV who don, t hv. english Programns. It, s to fare from everything, the beds are superhard. And the corners see since years not any hand. AVOID IT!

So sorry for your experience. For the TV cab, we use local cab so maybe it's not good for you. But i already talked with reception about car booking, you don't want to go with car service because you think it's expensive. We will try to improve all services in the next time.
