Great location near Victoria, Labuan”
The location is easy walking distance to most places in Victoria. It was only RM 5 by Grab from the airport to Tiara. The interior finishing of the rooms is quite stunning with the use of Malaysian wood. It’s a nice hotel, clean pool with friendly staff.

A nice getaway place”
We went to Labuan during Deepavali holiday and spent the time to be at the resort. Labuan is a small island so if you plan to stay here for a few days I'd recommend to rent a car to get around. Grab is aplenty, however a rental car is more convenient. It is located near to the beach so you can go for a swim there, while the hotel's pool is excellent with good depth and length (and it is clean too). The resort's spaces are clean and tidy. I especially love the gazebo and fish ponds. Breakfast is good. However if the place is busy you may have to wait for a while to get the buffet replenished. On other times when it is not busy, the waiters and waitresses would be coming to you to offer you their help to make your breakfast enjoyable. This is commendable and I rate this highly. The room is clean and tidy. It is a bit dated but still a good place to stay.

My husband and I just booked Tiara Hotel for one night. Am speechless when arrive at the hotel because the hotel was too superb and luxury 😍. Hotel staffs also good and friendly, they are welcoming us with a warm smile and greetings 🥰 . If you wanna stay with family and wanna enjoy tranquilities, I do recommend this hotel. The room & hotel's facilities was great!”
The room & hotel's facilities was great BUT i still managed to find wrappers behind the tables & dirty balcony chairs & stained bedsheet. Overall the pool was great & it was a very relaxing hotel. The hotel need ALOT OF MAINTENANCE, lots of the furniture is very old & electrical plug is not very accessible for nowadays use, luckily i brought my own extension. The bathtub was stained as well, so i did not get to enjoy relaxing in the bathtub. The room i got was very big & spacious but as a solo traveller, it felt so empty & at some point i feel very creeped out at how alone i am at night. I checked the under the bed & found a big hole that i see through the bed's skeleton. But the staff was very friendly & kind. I feel like they are quite understaffed when i saw there's no one to serve me when i went down for breakfast & everybody was running around. Overrall its not bad

Release from COVID confinement”
Having just spent 18months basically confined to "home" due to the pandemic it was a relief to be able to travel to Labuan for 5 days. It was a work trip but staying at the Tiara gave it the feel of a vacation as well. The hotel is a beautiful tropical oasis with wonderful gardens to walk around and relax in. The food available in the hotel is of a great quality and very reasonably priced. The rooms are huge and have all the facilities that you could want.

Our favourite hotel in labuan”
We have stayed in this hotel many times. We like the resort style theme. The rooms are spacious. Its getting a bit old now but we still enjoy our stay. We also like the food served in the restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful. We will continue to stay here when we come to Labuan.
