If only it weren't so remote...”
PROS: The resort is lovely with a stunning infinity pool. The entire resort is a work of art. The beach and the rest of the property is truly private and almost exclusive. The staff are well trained and are approachable, happy people. CONS: The room we stayed in was a bit of an odd use of space. It shared a bathroom with an adjacent room which I believe wasn't indicated in the room's description. The adjacent room however, was part of what we paid for, we were told. That was a bit confusing. Knowing that, it should mean we have more space than needed but it was rather the opposite. The rooms do not have closets or a proper space for luggage. To get to the resort you can only choose between a PHP 500 per way pump boat trip to and from San Jacinto or a 20 minute (from the main road connecting San Jacinto and Monreal) ala motocross ride on hilly farms and vast countryside that costs PHP 300 per way. Would we be going back? BIG YES. It's the best on the island.

Great facility with lots of potential”
Decoration and facilities are excellent. Weather however can be bad in low season. Since resort is mainly reachable by water, wind restricts movement. There is no easy connection with Ticao island resort which benefits from diving shop. Please organise all details before you come since there is no wifi on site and mobile reception is poor at best. Also note that all consumables need to be paid in cash. Staff is very friendly but English is limited. Meals need to be ordered in advance and choice is limited when occupancy is low, which makes it less spontaneous. Do not forget to take your own toiletries, only basic soap is provided. Place is beautiful however and no doubt good atmosphere when it is sunny and there are many guests.

Nice place, beautiful beach, nice foods”
The property is located in the most protected beach of ticao island. Rich in marine diversity and Flora and fauna. Nice boutique hotel with excellent service. Worth the visit. Definitely going back again.

Relaxing and fun...”
My son and I enjoyed snorkeling right in front of the resort. The staff, particularly Scarlet and Gemma, were very accommodating. The place was very quiet which was perfect for relaxation. The food was so good! We got a bonus when the full moon appeared in its majestic view while we were on the beach. Traveling from Masbate City to Altamar was quite a toll though but we will certainly go back!

Nice resort, friendly staffs, good foods and the reception deco is so beautiful. Im going back to explore more of ticao island. It's a sanctuary for marine diversity. What a lovely experience.

I loved my entire stay! ”
I absolutely enjoyed the entire time I was on this resort. Friendly staff. I felt like I was a king as I was the only guest at the time I was here. It felt so amazing having the whole resort all to myself. Cons, there’s no cellular service, but who cares? You don’t need it when all you wanna have is some relaxation and enjoying the sun. So peaceful and quiet, all you can hear are the waves, the wind brushing off the trees, and the birds tweeting. They even have friendly dogs who are so nice and would always stay outside my room door and go wherever I go. I would definitely come back. Just a suggestion, please have more food choices, especially seafoods since you are in front of the ocean. Five stars! :)

Worth the price”
We enjoyed our stay in this boutique hotel worth every penny. Kudos to the manager and waiter (forgot their names hehehe). I think what they need to work on is the transportation from Lagundi port to the resort (to protect the guest from those overpriced habal ride) and of course keep the corals alive.

Where to stay in Ticao”
Stayed here for a night to get close to the port from another island. Coming in June, I was the only guest left but the staff still accommodated me in full operations. They were very nice and polite! Rooms are nice and comfortable. Only downside is the unstable electricity. Food is quite expensive but they can accommodate whatever you want. Place as a whole is very relaxing and romantic. Perfect place if you're a couple. I will definitely be back to stay and I highly recommend the place.

What à shame...”
Let s start by the good points : Wonderful place, the pool is very nice, the staff is smiling and helpful. BUT ....I cannot recommande this hotel for the following reasons : The service is Terrible : the menu is expansive but anyway 70% of the menu is not available ! Like no cocktails because no barman ! And no one able to make cocktails, it miss lot of ingredients so they are not able to satisfy their own menu and they ask you to choose your food 4 hours before diner, and you have to choose the breakfast the day before...If you want an activity as island hoping, the price of the Hotel is 3 times the normal price ! About free breakfast for people who checked in (written on the menu), we had the surprise in the end to learn that it doesn’t t work actually and we have to pay... Room are ok but small, bed also. Absolutely no WiFi in the whole Hotel ! And the worst thing for me is the FAKE review of « customers » on AGODA, I explain : during my stay I did not see any Filipino there except my wife and my mother in law (normal because we can see that this resort is mostly for foreign people), but if you check the review, most part of them are from Filipino customers that ALL rate 10/10 ! And let a comment with a very good almost business English... come on it is not serious ! Again what a shame the place is wonderful but the way they manage this place is terrible...

A sunny place on a stormy day”
The place is beautiful. Thr main house has lovely decor. Very elegant house. The colored cottages are great. Maybe putting up screens on the windows so guest can sleep with fresh air. Please dont allow loud music and videokes. It will destroy the serenity of the place.

Coin de paradis... (secret paradis)”
Ressort somptueux situé au milieu de nul part. Chambres correctes, emplacement magique, staff super sympa 😋 . Les transferts depuis les ports de l île au resort via des petits chemins souvent boueux si il a plu depuis peu, sont à eux seuls une expérience à ne pas louper. 2 hic : - pas d internet (même si l endroit ne s y prête pas trop) mais à priori il devrait être installé d ici peu . - le prix ... car en plus de la chambre il faut prévoir les transferts en motorbike , les repas, les activités. Et ça malheureusement on ne l apprend qu en partant !

Helt fantastisk sted at tage hen, væk fra hverdagens stress og jag. Det gjorde intet der ikke var internet på stedet man kunne bare spørge personallet de ville gøre alt for en. Helt klart et sted jeg ville anbefale andre at tage hen. Forplejningen var helt i top min 3 retter mad til hvert måltid
