They upgraded my room! really appreciate it <3 the place, the room, the staff and the food was really really excellent. Love how they maintain it nice and clean even though it is in front of the ocean the place looks new, it is indeed very well maintained. Also the community around is very friendly. Exceptional”
The place is so beautiful...perfect for relaxation. We did not come for diving but we had the whole beach for ourselves...the water is so clean for swimming. My daughter enjoyed her horseback ride. Food is excellent. The place is so safe and secured...you won’t worry walking around the resort at any time. The staffs are very pleasant.

We'll always come back!”
It's our second time here in under 6 months and it's just a great place to dive and chill. Room and general area are clean, food is great and has a large serving, and the staff are so accommodating and helpful! The only downside, if there is one, is there's no data/internet in the area, which can be the best thing for folks on a real vacation.

A fantastic stay”
An absolutely fantastic place. We stayed here for 3 days and couldn’t recommend it more. The resort had just been struck by a typhoon but that didn’t stop the staff being some of The friendliest and most welcoming people we’d ever met. Food from the restaurant is great. Perfect place to relax for a couple of days

Perfect stay ”
We had an fantastic stay at Ticao Island Resort. We booked 3 nights and extended it with 5 extra nights. Diving at Manta Bowl was good with whalesharks and manta rays. The resort was excellent. Nice big room with a good hot shower. The food was very good with big choise. Everywhere it was very clean, inside and also outside. The people who were working there did it pleasure and were a good team and did the best to take care that our holiday was great. Thanks Vicky, Grace and the rest of the team for the good time you gave us.

Gorgeous relaxing beach resort with world class scuba diving”
The cabanas are beautiful, spacious, and directly on a white sand beach. Ma’am Grace and the rest of the staff are very professional and friendly. The Manta Ray scuba diving is incredible, and Dive Master Elvin is incredibly knowledgeable. We will return.

Sumptuous food, very kind and accommodating staff esp. ms. Grace, ms. Vicky, marvin, & all of the resort’s staff. We had a great time staying in this lovely resort. Though it’s quite challenging going to Ticao Island but it’s all worth it. Highly recommendable!!!

Ticao Island on my mind”
Pros.. great place and great people plus very tasty food. It was most relaxing break for us. Spent a lot of time in the balcony of cabanas 10&11. We were lounging and having a great time with dogs and horses roaming around. We went island hopping, my hubby went to manta bowl ( two mantas were sighted), 3 of us did DSD, firefly watching and rode the horses like kids.. again. Cons... hmmm nothing really except maybe it is not that easy to get there but then it makes the whole experience better. Well.. the communities on both side should be taught more about segregation of waste and not throw trash indiscriminately. The resort cleans its front every morning but they keep coming back.

Manta, fireflies, glowing algae!”
We only experienced kindness from the owner to the staff, dive master, dive guides, everyone! We are aware that this resort is off the beaten path but we still took public transportation to get to the island and it wasn't so bad. From Legazpi, take the van to Pilar Port (1-1.5hrs), then take the boat to Monreal (2hrs), then ride the motorcycle/habal-habal (40mins) to the resort. We were lucky to see manta in one of our dives and the moonless night allowed us to enjoy firefly watching, stargazing and watching the ocean glow from bioluminescent planktons! The resort is inside the cove so the waves are mostly calm and quiet. The food could use some seasoning but they have the best local beef I ever had in the Philippines!

Had booked a dorm type room and it was clean and just a few steps to the beach. It was an off season so the whole resort was all for me at that moment. It was an excellent service all throughout. the staff were very friendly, assisting all activities and tours. For the dives and boat and other facilities are top-notch.. Food servings are hefty in portion and almost a serving for 2 and with affordable price. doubts - bit of bad luck as I didnt see whaleshark/mantas for my 3 dives top notch - food, excellent service, horseback rides, kayaking, firefly adventure, dive facilities incl.both.

Beautiful”
A breathtaking location off the beaten track with beachfront Cabannas, very friendly, attentive staff, and a great dive-team. Perfect location, if you are a diver, for the Manta Bowl (3 sightings in 6 dives) or if you want a flop-and-drop few days away. Limited in what you can do unless you are happy being taken outside the complex by motor bike, but that is a very small negative amongst so many positives.

Brilliant place to stay ”
We loved staying at Ticao. Snorkelling, diving (started PADI), talking to manta bowl researchers, firefly, motorbike tours, island hoping, waterfalls. All was great. Very relaxed and gentle accommodation and amazing staff from arrival to farewell.

Ticao Island is worth getting too. ”
We loved our visit to Ticao Island Resort. It is a little hard to get to, vans and boat rides. But well worth the effort. You stay on the beach after being welcomed by the friendly team. The activities are great. I started my PADI with GL in the dive shop, and we all (including a 7 yr old) went snorkelling at what I think is the best spot I have ever seen (San Miguel Island). We also enjoyed kayaking, firefly watching, a motorbike tour of the local area, and just meeting and interacting with the kids from the local fishing village. It was also geat to learn more of Whale Sharks and thew Manta Bowl from the onsite research team. Would gladly return and look forward to doing so,

Wonderful place to go if you are looking for peace and quiet the rooms are simple but a good size and provide all you need the staff are amazing and can't do enough for you the only downside was the lack of Internet but if you can manage without for a few days it's Wonderful

I do recommend this resort because im inlove with the place, so peaceful and very quiet. The only thing that they need to work out is the wifi connection. So far so good and I want to go back nextyear
