This hotel is very clean and modern. The room is lavishly decorated with high quality towels, robes, toiletries. I took the standard room and it was easily the nicest I have had on my backpacking journey. The staff will make you feel at home if you are foreign and speak only English. There’s a coffee shop attached with access to the rooftop terraces which are shared between the hotel and coffee shop. Sometimes live music. The breakfast is delicious and high quality. The motorcycle rental was perfect with a valet aspect; only moto in Vietnam that I have ever rented with a full tank of gas. Really I have no complaints. If you like exercise there is even a beautiful garden outside the property just across the small alleyway

Great stay”
We stayed here three nights exploring temples in the countryside during our days. The room was extremely clean and spacious with a very good bathroom with separate shower. Breakfast was included and was served at the adjoining coffee shop which was also very good. The staff were very good and a special mention must be made for the young man on reception who organised many things for us including motorbike hire, taxis, bus bookings and transfer to the bus stop. He was so kind and helpful and spoke good English. We would highly recommend a visit to Tra Vinh and a stay at BichNgoan. The temples in the surrounding area are plentiful and beautiful.

Exceptional”
The room price for double room was low but different with descriptions (it was advertised as 30m2 and photos showed good facilities but my family got 14m2 rooms with basic facilities). The rooms were too small for children and too hard to access for old people as they are on 4th floor with no elevator). There are also many ants in the room so quite dangerous for children. Our breakfast were served freely with beefsteak, but very salty. Location and staff are exceptional. The hotel is new with new facilities. Car park is next to hotel.

Good hotel for family travel”
I spent 3 days with my family and had good experience. The facility is clean. The atmosphere is cozy like coming home. There is a park in front of hotel. If you stay in top room you may enjoy live music at night from cafe shop nearby. However the staff should be more professional in paper work and giving advices to tourists.

The hotel is very new and good. The owner is kind and helpful, he will let you know where the good local foods are in Tra Vinh. The staffs are young, nice and energetic. My whole trip was completely awesome.

Nice little hotel for the money ”
Newly built hotel in an alley but accessible by motorbike and car. Room is clean and comfortable. Be forewarned that there is no elevator. My room was on 3rd floor, 60 plus steps up from the ground floor. The free breakfast conveniently provided at the Trung Nguyên coffee shop next door. There is a park nearby for an early morning exercise or trolling but the loud speaker at the park is annoying.

Great location! Helpful staff and nice view from window. We can sit at a comfortable house and enjoy good and free breakfast, fantastic coffee. There is not elevator and you must walk upstairs.

Good location, close to the central market, park. Nice and clean room, furnitures are new and well decorated. Staffs are super nice. Delicious breakfast included. There is a rooftop bar opens till late. Only downside: no elevator. But will def come back!!

This place is right next to a park. A great park. It has no washer or facilities. It's right next to a coffee shop that gives you free breakfast for staying there. The owners owns both places and are a great couple. The park is great. It's clean enough. The beds are super comfortable. It's a nice place to stay.

Our stay Feb 23-27/2023 @Bichngoan”
The hotel is fairly new, very clean and within a 10mins walk to TV market. The down side is this hotel has no hot water! It uses a solar heating system and days when there’s not enough sun, the residents will just have cold showers. We like the hotel but likely won’t come back bc of this.

Personnel très serviable et situation centrale ”
La personne de la réception ainsi que le manager sont très orientés service clients et solutions, j’ai beaucoup apprécié. Pa4 exemple, il n’y a pas d’ascenseur et ma chambre se situait au 4ème sur le toit terrasse p, la personne de l’accueil y a porté ma valise, je l’en remercie. J’ai eu la malchance de n’avoir pas d’eau chaude pour mes douches, après la première j’aurai du en parler au manager afin que lendemain matin ce soit réparé, c’est ce que j’ai compris en en parlant lors de mon départ. La chambre était très confortable et avec une terrasse, la salle d’eau très petite mais ça allait tout de même.
