Booked this for my cousin for his first trip in Dumaguete and he has nothing but nice words for the place. He was even extremely pleased with the service of the staff. The bed was specifically comfortable and the place was clean. Will definitely recommend this place to family and friends in the future.

The location couldn’t be more convenient. It’s a stone’s throw away from Robinson’s Dumaguete. The rooms are neat and tidy. The staff members are very accommodating and they serve with a smile. Our stay was indeed remarkable.

Overall good stay”
Cable TV, decent wifi and a fair breakfast for two is a good deal especially when booking with Agoda! Thumbs up for our bathroom that was spacious and clean. You don't get much of that on budget accommodations.

Good for money”
The room was small and we had troubles on where we will put our clothes. because if we leave our bags on the floor, there will be little space for us to move. CR was clean but there I have troubles on where I should put my toiletries because there were no racks. bed was comfortable but the blanket was too small for couples. Good thing there was a breakfast but it took them so long to prepare. There were good and not so good things about the place but overall, if you're after a place that's good worth the budget price with a clean and decent place to stay, tiptop is recommended.

Clean room yet under construction nearby”
The room and bedsheets are clean, however when we were about to sleep, I had a hard time doing due to construction nearby. The wifi did not work for the entire stay from early evening until early morning the next day. You will be charged per hour for the extended time so we did not extend but we're allowed to leave our bags and pick it up late afternoon though we have checked out already.

The facilities were dissappointing, breakfast was not early, and nothing was available after 8PM. the only staff after 8pm was the guard!

Just not what I expected”
I know that it's not a 5-star hotel and so on but At least wifi should be working at the least should be fixed. The shower is weird you cannot adjust the flow of the water, that time the water was everywhere because again you cannot adjust the showerhead. The water spreads out. The AC was okay but the bed was kinda old and the remote won't work if you are far from the TV even if you are pointing it directly towards the box. The breakfast was good, I love it! The corned-beef was tasty! I liked the hot chocolate!

One thing I can say I'm not happy with the hotel accommodation. The room was very simple, a bed with a smelly pillows, no top sheet. A so called blanket , you think was a bed cover but was not , its a blanket they said when we complained about lacked of blanket. There was a table but no chair or something you could put your suitcase. No simple closet. No night table and lampshade. So when you're ready to sleep you have to get up and switch off the light which was not close to your bed. When you go back to bed you either bang your head or knees on the wall or the side of the bed because it was peach black. Very disappointing.

Too much noise prevents you from falling asleep”
The room is tiny. There's not enough space to move. The bed is not comfortable to sleep in. The aircon is very noisy. The noise from the street outside can be heard which adds to the noise pollution. I was awake the whole night I was in there, and had a headache going to the airport.

Very disappointed for the 2nd time”
The same as last year, i was given a smaller room based on the description here in Agoda. Agoda description was 30sqm but im pretty sure it wasn’t 30sqm. I made a request to give me 2 single bed and the hotel agreed and approved my request. But during check in they still give me queen size bed. It seems like the hotel just anyhow approve request and not fulfilling it.

The staff did not know that I have a reservation. They keep on asking me if I'm paid already. Staff are Lack of professional training.

The two single beds were small and they were just folding beds with 2 layer of foam mattress. It easily moved to the side that make us fell from the bed. Only 1 stall in the room good for 2 occupants.
