Extremely warm and friendly reception when we first arrived. We felt comfortable and taken care of the entire time. The staff had tons of information and suggestions. The staff was very accommodating and responded to a key card issue extremely promptly. The food and drinks were delicious and fairly priced and the rooftop bar had a gorgeous view. 10/10 service, staff and experience.

Warm service, great hotel, excellent location”
We stayed here last Dec and were hosted very well by the staff., especially Joy. She is full of energy and her personality rubbed off on us. The hotel is in an excellent location and has great facilities. Room was spacious and breakfast was good. We enjoyed the roof top bar even though it was pretty chilly those nights in Dec. Wonderful view of Hanoi city. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Hotel in Prime Old Quarter Spot!”
My husband and I stayed at the Tirant Hotel for the last part of our honeymoon vacation. We stayed in the Junior Tirant suit which had a cute terrace and a beautiful luxurious soaking tub. The hotel is lovely and well kept. The rooftop has an amazing view of Hoan Kiem lake and a wonderful assortment of cocktails. It is conveniently located close to Hoan Kiem lake, the water puppet theater, the weekend night market, beer street, silk street, silver street and more. We walked everywhere during our stay - no need for cabs at all. We would definitely stay at the Tirant Hotel and recommend it to anyone who wants a luxurious experience in the middle of the bustling city.

Affordable Luxury! ”
Pros: _ Fantastic location, in the heart of Old Quarter _ Modern facility and room setup _ Very helpful and welcoming staff that speak flawless English _ Great soundproof doors, isolating the noise from the street below _ Adjustable water pressure in the rain shower that allows for long relaxing hot showers Cons: _ Cleaning probably could use a bit of revamping. There was stain on the wall and the counter, and the towels smelled old at times. Tip: _ Be mindful of the Do Not Disturb placard. I'm so used to it having only one purpose where I live, but it actually has two sides: a Do Not Disturb side, and a Please Clean Room side. Both are very similar with the same color and font.

When we pulled up at 5 AM, we had our doubts, as the street was very quiet and not the most glamorous of locales. But the staff was superb and had everything ready for us while we drank complimentary ginger tea. Beautiful and luxurious rooms, awesome views of the fascinating Old City and the breakfast was great. The location ended up being spectacularly convenient as the hotel is in the heart of the cultural and commercial mosaic of Hanoi (2 blocks from the stunning Hoan Kiem Lake) and walking distance to fantastic restaurants like Highway 4 and Green Tangerine. The rooftop panoramic view was the icing on the cake. We got so much more than we had hoped for and are grateful to earlier reviewers who assured us that it was worth a try. If you like adventure, culture and reassuring comfort and professional support, this is the place for you. Otherwise, there's always the Sheraton and Hyatt and (yawn!) Hilton, et al. Cheers!

From the easy checkin to the fast check out everything went really good! Room was nice, internet was good, the staff was incredibly useful, thank to them for their support to organize our tour to Ha Long bay. The swimming pool and the rooftop were really great, even if this season was a bit cold to enjoy full. Anyway, highly recommended

Exceptional”
My husband and I came here for our honeymoon. We had a lovely room with a very nice balcony, comfortable bed and good, hot shower. Also, the hotel is in an excellent location in the old quarter, close to Hoan Kiem Lake. It also happened to be my birthday. The staff (who were all very professional and friendly) surprised me with a cake and even sang happy birthday to me! It was so thoughtful and sweet and completely unexpected. I definitely recommend this hotel for someone who is looking to stay someplace special.

The hotel is well located, has all the annuities, decent food, a great rooftop swimming pool and bar in the middle of the old french quarter. An incredibly helpful staff, always available to help. Specially Na at reception, she helped me organize my Covid Test to fly back. Highly recommended to stay at the hotel.

Lovely hotel in a good position and very friendly staff. We used it as a base between trips to Ha Long Bay and SaPa and it became a real home-from-home. The interconnecting rooms were great for our children and the pool, terrace and roof bar were lovely, particularly as a setting for breakfast.

Unique and Insightful”
When we first arrived in the early morning, the location seemed daunting, as it was right in the heart of a maze of winding alleys and local commercial outlets. But as the day progressed, the neighbourhood transformed into a fascinating beehive of local and tourist activities, fantastic restaurants and incredible proximity to Hoan Kiem Lake. The nearby cultural and historic sites were brilliant, and the insight into the heart of Hanoi life was a privilege. The hotel itself was immaculate, had great food and service, and the rooftop views were fantastic. A truly enjoyable experience and would recommend to anyone who wants to get up close and personal with Hanoi.

Amazing stay!”
Stayed at this hotel for 3 night and 4 days with my 2 other girl friends and we had fun! We had the family room and the space was fantastic! Huge space for the 3 of us! People were also very nice and accommodating! The rooftop bar is amazing and breakfast buffet was also a good selection:) we would definitely come back:) very friendly and welcoming staff😊
