Value for Money, Not so Good Location, Accomodating Staff”
We had an excellent stay. The staff was accommodating. if you're looking for a good location in the city and comfortable stay, this is NOT the perfect place to stay at. And it's just that Low water pressure. That's the problem in that hotel. Also the VERY ABUSIVE TRICYCLE DRIVERS in Roxas City. Imagine they charge us 150pesos tricycle ride from Tiza to Baybay beach for 4 people instead of 10pesos each. I know this is not a review for Tiza Manor Inn but they telling us that our location is far thats why they charge us that high but some of tricycle drivers are honest, some of them only charge us 10pesos each every ride.

Exceptional”
Friendly staff. Facilities are okay. Our room's light is somehow dim. We had a hard time looking for the inn during our arrival; medyo tago yung location. Commuting to/from the place is not easy. They have WiFi in the common area. WiFi signal does reach our room, albeit the reception is quite poor. Overall, still a good place to stay for those with limited budget.

Cheap but still not worth it”
Roxas City is already difficult to go around...tricycle rates are erratic, I would haggle, still I would never know if I got ripped off a lot. Going anywhere I always needed a ride because Tiza's location is so out of the way. Never tried the hotel food.,I had to savor Roxas' seafood bounty...and I was very, very happy.. They didn't give me blanket. i did not look for it, just turned off aircon when I slept. Maybe they forgot because they knocked and gave me a towel. And my towel was old. Bathroom door in Room 4 was not properly installed, it never closes well. Otherwise bathroom is ok. No hot water but no problem. Staff were helpful with directions and recommendations. But they were noisy in chatting among themselves...at the top of their voices...at very inappropriate times of the night! So yes, it is cheap...but I would rather stay somewhere more expensive if I wanted more comfort...

Das Hotel bietet zwar einen günstigen Übernachtungspreis, aber selbst der ist noch zuviel. Es gab zwar eine Dusche im Zimmer, jedoch kein warmes Wasser. Außerdem stank es in der Naßzelle.

フライトがキャンセルになったため3泊4日の予定が2泊3日になりましたが、チェックインが予定日の翌朝になる連絡していたのに準備がされてなく、チェックインがスムーズにできませんでした。宿代は支払っているのに、代わりに他を泊めていたようで納得できません。WiFiも弱いし夜になると切れてしまうし、トイレは壊れているし、最悪です。おススメしません。
