Totally recommend it for lightweight and budget travelers! 9/10 stars!”

The owner contacted us before our arrival, first via email then LINE, to make sure we were going find the place without any hassle. S/he provided a very thorough instruction with pictures of every turn and crossing showing the way from Shibuya station to the guest house. The apartment is 5 minutes (across a bridge) away from the crowded Shibuya center center. The area is quieter, posher, and more residential. When we arrive, we did have to climb stairs since house is on the 2nd floor and there’s no elevator. So if you brought large and heavy luggage, this house might not be the best for your back. The house is homie, spacious, and clean. The A/C has heating function so we survived the cold Christmas, very thankful for that. The house is equipped with free wifi, what’s more is that it is a portable wifi device, I was able to use it outside of the house too. It’s bigger than most hotel rooms for half the price. Everything is in place apart from the noisy construction site next door.

The host was nice and I'd love to give a positive review but the bed unfortunately was so uncomfortable we had trouble sleeping. The room is also very old.

The location was good. However, kitchen and shower room are full of molds. The bed was sweaty. The room is full of dust. As a whole the cleaning was not perfect and it was filthy.

싼가격에 구한거라서 시설이 별로일줄 알았는데 침대랑 변형소파 있어서 3명이서도 충분했는데 4명이어도 확실히 편할수있어요 숙소 화장실이 작아서 이게 제일 문제점이였고 포켓와이파이도 잘터지더라구요 숙소 가까이에 편의점도 있어서 좋았고 시부야역이랑 진짜 가깝더라구요 체크인을 그냥 라인으로 합니다 외부구조도 일본아파트느낌 물씬 나서 좋았어요 전체적으로 굉장한 만족이였습니다
