Modern, new, comfortable, enough space, reasonable price. Nice environment with park and all kinds of shops and restaurants, Quite close to the bustling city centre, but calm and comfy.

Super apartment which was ideal for the start of our holiday! It had a kitchen so allowed us to cook some of our own meals. Everything was clean and well looked after. Plus the views were ace!!!
It&#39;s just such a shame that the apartment isn&#39;t closer to the city! We paid between 60-70VMD per taxi ride - which is a fair bit if you&#39;re on a budget.

It’s a little outside of the centre but we knew that it would be &amp; it was very easy to get taxi anywhere we wanted to go for 60k dong to 120k dong. We always felt safe. Lots of restaurants &amp; a well stocked Circle K right downstairs.
It was not comfortable for 7 people to sleep as the sofa-bed is small, hard, no bedding (sheets, pillow, etc) &amp; being in the small living area, my daughter was constantly woken by us moving about &amp; the sensor lights that we couldn’t turn off. Would have been fine for 6 people. Also, we expected an equipped kitchen facility as we had booked an “apartment” and thought we’d be self sufficient for breaky &amp; lunch. But there were only 3 bowls &amp; plates. There were only forks (no spoons or knifes). There were 4 beer mugs that we had to share (no coffee cups or wine glasses). These are just little things but it was annoying for us &amp; they are easy&#47;cheap to fix for the next people :-)

Very easy to meet the host, get the key, pay on the spot and have the reserved property of our own during the stay, no hussle of check-in&#47; out like hotel. Good size bedrooms and clean bathrooms, kitchen, fridge, laundry, living area are just like home, playgrounds, parks, pools, restaurants, shops, all at your ground with heaps of options.

Security of the building,only tenants who have access cards can enter the apartment. The park is beautiful,nice to have a walk or jog. There are a few mini market(Vinmart) nearby and places to eat. Easy and fast to get UBER&#47;GRAB.

the bed was not comfy ,only a 1 small pillow , there&#39;s a kitchen but no coffee or tea facilities and even if i were to bring my own there is no mug provided . bathrooms has no toothbrush .

Toan ‘s so friendly and helpful. I asked him to prepare some fresh flowers in room which was so fantasic. The apartment is simple and elegant, the park is awsome. I will come back when have chance.
The pan was not suitable for the electric cook. He should replace it.

Nice apartment for a family, 10-15 minutes to city centre with taxi or Uber, big pool for little kids (ours loved it), park with wonderful playground very close; early check-in after long flight was possible!
