Nice clean place, excellent value for money”

Well-priced and very clean, spacious rooms. The double bed a bit small. Breakfast simple but tasty (croissants, danish, good coffee). We had a car (the car park entrance is at the back - don't make our mistake of parking in the more expensive parking just before you get to the hotel). I'd left something on so our battery was flat and they had a pair of jumper leads to lend us (in the end, a police patrol car helped us jump start! How is THAT for Japanese hospitality - WOW!)

Spacious room at a quiet yet convenient location”

This hotel is not located right in front of the train station, which is in fact an attraction. You would be close to a mountain and some merchant streets which offer a huge selection of culinary options. Hotel rooms are well-maintained, and spacious- by Japanese standard. It would be great if there are more breakfast options available. For example, salad or any vegetables options are not available. The pastries, e.g. croissant are of great quality, but croissant , after all, isn't the healthiest breakfast option.

Good for travel in tokushima because near in the city centre.go to tokushima station just 15-20minit by walk.the hotel nearly many restarant and 7-11 mart.the hotel Room include with internet but can not used because too old system connect with internet wayar .the hotel is litter old but staff is helpfull and friendly.

the hotel is located near to a shopping avenue where many restaurants and shops are found. the location is quite convenient. it is about 15-minute walk from jr station. the view of some rooms is very nice too.

me gustó mucho. tienen desayuno aunque no es gran cosa. te dejan paragüas si llueve. la habitación está bastante bien. I like so much. you have breakfast but it is small. if it is raining they give you a umbrella.

Clean and simple”

Neat and tidy, clean, just your regular small Japanese hotel room. Hotel is a little walk from the station, maybe 10 or 15 min but pretty easy. Staff not very friendly and didn’t seem to have much in the way of facilities.

quite a wonderful experience, though it's a bit far away from the train station (about 20-minute walk). it's next to some shopping streets and very near to some sightseeing spots.

pleasant, fine for a short stay, room was small but functional.

Overall was not good”

The hotel laid quite far from the JR station, room has bad smell, very noisy as they are entertaining a group of high school student on that day, breakfast was ok with fresh baking bread.

Bad experience ”

The non smoking room was full so we were switched to stay in a smoking room. The car park location is difficult to find and was full so we parked in the next door eventually. The room size is small while lack of toiletries such as razor hair care ear care etc. Staff does not speak English well so difficult to make requests.
