No regrets staying here ”
Pros: -Booked a quad room and it was big and comfortable enough for my kids and us -amazing equipment in the room. My shoes were wet after the rain and there was shoe dryer in the room! - 4 coin washing machines available but have to queue if it is crowded. Went at about 10pm and there were 2 person in front of me. -shuttle bus provided to Disney and shin Urayasu train station - I want to really thank the staff here. They were friendly and helpful. Although not all could speak English, they tried. Anyway Google translate was good for us to communicate. My husband left his laptop in the room after check out. We only realised it one hour later. Thereafter we called the hotel and they found it and kept for us. Really honest. The receptionist even told us the timing of the shuttle buses so that we could plan our day to retrieve the laptop. -Lawson conveniently located at ground level. Very good to buy snacks and meals Con -Disney last bus was 9.20pm so it was a mad rush if you want to finish the park at 9pm. We rushed out but missed the bus. Took the train back to shin Urayasu Station and got the shuttle bus from there. At least the last bus here ends later. Should have 1 more last bus from Disneyland and sea at 9.45pm or 10pm for guests to shop. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay. The Disney bus is just a small matter that could be improved. I will definitely go back here again if I were to visit Disney area again.

The best part is free shuttle service to and from Disney. It took about 20 mins. The room was clean and quite big compared to the downtown hotels. Staffs including shuttle drivers are very friendly so I'll revisit this hotel when I go to Disney.

Love the location of this hotel to Disneyland and Disney Sea! Hospitality is top notch and the free shuttle to the parks and the train station is really convenient. There’s a convenience store at the lowest floor and the hotel is uber modern, clean and just really nice. Breakfast spread was very nice however I think the lunch option would always be better if you’re thinking of doing brunch. Otherwise, my kids loved what was available and went for the ice cream a lot of times! Love the free coffee too since Japanese coffee has consistently been flavorful and non acidic. I’d go back here every time I visit Tokyo Disney (my second time to stay here last December 2019). Highly recommend!

Under the circumstances of our stay (14 day quarantine before proceeding to our final destination, we could not have stayed at a nicer place. The staff was helpful, accommodating, and very understanding. Top notch, view was beautiful, room and beds comfortable. The hotel is nice and has great staff. The food is okay. We love the room (we got the corner room on the 13th floor) and it is clean but I noticed some dust but overall we enjoyed our stay. Great view! Plus the free shuttle bus to disney. I just thought the car park is free but it is 1000yen per day.

I loved staying here for the free bus and the breakfast. Definitely worth it and I would come back again! The bus is stationed somewhere in the parking lot of Disneyland when you want to return to the hotel, so don't make the same mistake I did and go to the general bus area 😂

Great place to stay for Disney resorts”
This was a great place to stay if you're planning to go to the Tokyo Disney resorts. We got a free upgrade to the highest floor and they gave us a bottle of sparkling wine as well. Great staff and they helped us with everything. If you're using LFT , there is a desk on the right of the check in counter with a tablet. There you can check in your bags for transfer. The shuttle buses to Disney and the train station are very frequent. The Lawson's downstairs is super useful. We had an amazing time at this hotel and can't believe the amount of space there is!

It was our second time staying at this hotel. The first time was during the pandemic so the restaurant was closed. For our second stay, we were able to enjoy the breakfast buffet and it was so worth it! We were upgraded to a higher floor with four beds even if we only booked a room with two beds. We will definitely stay here again.

We were treated well and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was large enough for 2 adults and 2 children. It was cleaned and maintained to a high standard every day. There is shuttle bus that runs regularly to the train station and to Disney Land. The location of the hotel is in a nice open area near the ocean. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel.

We arrived very late in Haneda and managed to get to this hotel just half an hour by taxi. We visited Disneyland and Disney Sea by their shuttle bus. Super convenient!

I love this hotel, as they granted my request regarding to have a great view of the bay area and a room on a high floor. The room was big and beautiful and has an overlooking of the ocean. I want to spend again my days here when we come back again in tokyo. There’s also a free shuttle bus for disneyland/disneysea and in shin-urayasu station. There’s also a terrace where can you drink and enjoy the vibes of ocean. Will highly recommend it.
