LOVELY”
This place is amazing, especially for the price! It comes with a washer and dryer, a deep tub and a very comfortable bed. The room gets super cold if you want it to. They only provide one towel and one hand towel, so for people who need multiple towels that may be an issue for you, but I was fine with the one. The location is excellent. It's a 7 minute walk to Hakata Station AND there are several bus stops that are about a two minute walk away. There is no gym on the property if you feel like you need that. I work out six days a week so that was tough, but a walked enough miles each day to probably make up for it. If I ever come back to Fukuoka, I will more than likely stay in this hotel again. Excellent experience.

New Clean and full of facility”
I booked this when there was great discount. With the price of toxxko inn you can stay in this hotel with great experience. Room is very clean and tidy, when I check in I got a pack of laundry powder. I think it was some promotion with other company. When I entered the room I found a big laundry-drying machine ,a microwave oven and a compact machine for iron clothes! I love this hotel

This was my last stay before leaving Japan It was awesome!!! I was not sure if my room was upgraded or these facilities are in every room. There was washing machine/dryer, microwave IN the room! Unlimited! The bathtub was huge - i am comparing with typical japanese bathtub i have stayed in. The view in my room was awesome! The room was VERY spacious unlike typical budget japanese hotel There is also unlimited coffee machine and ice! Near to family mart, station, bus stops I am amazed. This hotel was a really good send off for me after my long trip in Japan! I would come again! The price might increase after this i think, but really for this price is EXCEPTIONAL! Please stay here while the prices and facilities remain like this!

Modern and comfortable ”
Highly recommend this conveniently located hotel within few minutes walking distance from Hakata Station Shinkansen exit. We had a “residential “ double that had a washer-dryer combination that we used as well as a refrigerator and microwave. The hotel is very new and staff was very nice. Lobby is welcoming and has a nice coffee machine.

Washing Machine is the best!”
My husband and I always love to stay in Tokyu Stay hotel as there is in-room washing machine which helped us to save lots of times in washing and hanging clothes after tired trip. Breakfast is the best among all the Tokyu Stay hotels that we stayed before as it offer discount to a Kyushu chain restaurant just downstairs. Hotel is a bit near the railway and there is minor noise which is still acceptable to us. We took taxi to Fukuoka International Airport at around 1280 yen.

Perfect accomodation in Fukuoka”
The hotel located at Amu exit of JR station. It's about 400m walk with many eateries and Yodobashi camera. The size of the room is considered big in Japan. We really enjoy the laundry and drying in the room. Also the hotel provide Yamato service so I can send my luggages directly to Haneda airport. If I come to Fukuoka, I will definetely stay in Tokyu Stay Hakata again.

Fantastic central location conveniently next to Fukuoka's main station. The hotel was sizeable, comfortable, and very clean. Rooms come with washing machines and washing powder is provided at check in. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is free coffee in reception and a vending machine with other drinks. Highly recommend!

It’s nice the Hakata JR station, with skincare shops and restaurants around. Lawson is just opposite to the hotel. Free coffee in the lobby. There’s washing machine, microwave and ironing in the room. Just a note that they do not provide room cleaning service if you stay less than 7 nights.

Affordable Accommodation”
The hotel is around 200m away from Hakata JR station which is very convenient. The room is affordable but it comes at a price. Firstly, parking is not free so be prepared to pay if you drive. Also, the cleaning of the room takes places daily but the staff do not make your bed. It is fair in my opinion because of the cheaper rates compared to neighbouring hotel. Why pay more just to have your bed made every morning. Room is also very spacious. Overall I see it as a very good deal especially for the budget conscious traveller. The hotel breakfast is excellent and my wife loves it. It is offered at a affordable rate of 1000 yen per pax and is more worthwhile than eating out. The only downside I have with the hotel is that one of the male staff at the service desk is quite rude when it comes to communications which is pretty rare for a Japanese business.

Exceptional”
The hotel is very new and cozy. Extremely clean with large bed compared to typical Japanese business hotels. Do keep in mind that the hotel is located slightly away from JR Hakata Station and requires a 10 min-walk, which may be a problem for people who have a lot of luggage. Still, the price is unbeatable and the stay was very pleasant.
