Quiet Hotel”
This hotel is close to hustle and bustle of Shibuya Crossing. A 10-15 min walk from Shibuya Station West gate or even at Hachiko Exit. But even closer if coming from expressway bus that makes its terminal at the Mark’s City Building. Plenty of Izakaya near the hotel but still a quiet place night or day. The 24 hour grocery across is so convenient and so does the washer and dryer in the room. Breakfast is decent, a blend of Western and Japanese food.

Not so family friendly hotel”
The location is not that walkable to the center. The staff are not so friendly and they charge you even 1hr of early check-in even though they say that the room is ready. Non-smoking rooms still smell like smoke and toilets are not that clean Will choose another hotel of when we visit Shibuya again :(

Excellent Hotel”
My stay was excellent. I had booked the night prior to arrival so my room was ready by 8AM allowing me a full day in Tokyo. Check in was rapid and easy. As always the room was clean and comfortable. The rooms are of a decent size. This being a business stay hotel cleaning is once a week but that is OK if you know in advance. The hotel is just off the top of Dogenzaka so access to central Shibuya is about 10 minutes, very handy. There is a medium size supermarket just across the road very useful if you are tired. There is no restaurant but buffet breakfast, Japanese or English. The staff are very helpful, especially as there is a small problem with the logon to Internet at the lobby computer for printing and which is in Japanese. I have used the Tokyu Stay quite a few times and consider it an ideal base if you are in the Shibuya area.

Great business Hotel”
I always stay at and enjoy Tokyu Stay Shibuya. Excellently placed with everything you need, the metro is a few minutes away and central Shibuya about 10 minutes. Do remember this a business hotel so no in house restaurant or bar, but there is a wide choice with seconds/minutes and an excellent supermarket literally across the road. Sometimes you can unlucky with a group of impolite tourists - but then just have breakfast in your room which has hot plate fridge microwave and kettle Otherwise can't be faulted and the double rooms are fantastic value

Home from home in Shibuya”
I travel twice or three times a year to Tokyo each time for between - and 14 days; so I need a good base with a reasonably sized room, fridge and at least some cooking facilities - well Tokyu Stay has it all! Only small hassle is a very strong ac directed on the bed and they could add BBC. The area is very good, owl cafe, good mix of restaurants, a mid-size supermarket Shinsen station is five minutes walk so all is fine. Great value and ell worth repeat usage.

There are not so many choice of hotel in Shibuya. Most of them are more expensive than the other area in Tokyo. Tokyo Stay may be a very good choice for you. It's very close to most famous clubbing so that you are not worry about the transportation after finishing your entertainment in late night. I like the double window shelter from balcony very well. It provide absolute sound proof from outside. Entire parts of hotel including lobby, restaurant and guest rooms are very clean. Mattress and bedding s very comfortable. Very strong and hot shower in plastic capsule bathroom. Fast wifi services in guest room. It is quite unfair the hotel was scored 2 stars only. I feel that this hotel should be rated at least 3 stars. I will choose this hotel again if I stay in Shibuya next time. It takes around 15 mins walking distance from Shibuya station to hotel. It's quite difficult to find the hotel in first time using a simple map since there are so many side streets there. You can visit the official web site of this hotel and download the guidance pictures. You just follow the pictures step by step and you will find the hotel very easily.

Great location and value for money ”
Great location 2 mins from the Shinsen subway and a short walk to Shibuya Station, with heaps of train lines. The room was very spacious for Tokyo, and I loved having a fridge, microwave, and washer. The rooms are a little dated, but everything was immaculate. Staff were friendly. The immediate area has some delicious restaurants, wine bars, and more. I would 100 percent stay here again.

Hotel was a bit hard to look for when we arrived in tokyo, but the hassle was compensated by the spacious and clean room. It a good place to rest after a long day of exploring tokyo. The staff assists you when needed but they let you do your own thing most of the time. Quiet neighborhood too despite being close to the shibuya shopping district.

Clean Spacious rooms and good location”
Compared to other hotels in Tokyo, we had a spacious room good enough to move around comfortably. Bathrooms were kept clean daily with conplete amenities. Location was perfect; walking distance to Mark City (dropoff point for airport bus), to Shibuya Crossing and other shops and restos like Uniqlo and Denny’s. Big plus is the 24hr grocery right across the hotel. Thanks to Mr Ogawa for assisting us in getting private taxis to the airport. But all the hotel staff were very polite and accommodating.

Clean, comfortable, quiet retreat close to Shibuya”
Clean, large room with useful amenities (hob top, microwave, washing machine, safe, sink, kettle, TV, wifi etc) and big bathroom. Well located just far enough from the main excitement of Shibuya for some peace and quiet but only a couple of minutes walk from Shinsen station on Inokashira line and 10-15mins walk from Shibuya on the Yamanote line, Narita Express and others. Didn't need much from staff but interactions were professional and easy. No view from hotel room but I hadn't expected this, breakfast buffet nothing special but better than nothing (and free). I would definitely recommend this hotel. I believe it's popular with business users, but I enjoyed it as a base to visit Tokyo from as a tourist.

An excellent hotel, just 10 minutes walk from central Shibuya. The rooms are large and well equipped. There are plenty of restaurants and a good supermarket nearby and access to Shinsen station is around 5 minutes. For the business traveler this hotel represents better quality than many higher priced hotels, so I keep using it when in Shibuya

Good location, good security”
Close to Shibuya shopping district; just a six-minute walk to Shibuya subway station. Price not bad for a considerably central location. Safe hotel to stay in; it seems like visitors are not allowed into the property after 11pm. Guests have to scan their keycards to enter the hotel's front door. I think this has something to with the area having many nightclubs close by. Overall a good hotel, would recommend this place for mid to long-term stays.

Great location for gigs in Shibuya - you can walk to most of the well known venues in less than 15 mins. Nice hotel with spacious rooms. For long stay they only change the bedding and towels once a week, but that's more than I do at home so who cares. Keeps the cost down. It is in a nice area. You can tell a lot of commuters live here as great herds of them appear at 7.30am all hurrying in the same direction.

It was really nice and comfortable. I was thinking that it's right after Shibuya station, but it takes 10~15 mins by walk. However, it was not too serious to choose this hotels. I will book this hotel later when I travel to Tokyo in the future.

Nice hotel Nasty guests”
My usual hotel in Shibuya good friendly and well situtated But there are the guests for some reason this hotel has been invaded by French tourists Hence the hotel has to complain about guest behaviour At breakfast there are groups of unpleasant people shouting across the space and taking vast quantities of bread etc - VERY NASTY A nice place if you manage to avoid a certain class of guests

In this case I postponed my visit to Tokyo to get a week here, why because waht was offered at the time another hotel which ws not good. How can one complain about a hotel that all needed for a weeks stay, microwave fridge etc my complaint would be not enough electrical sockets - had to buy a multi-socket extension cord but have it for next time. Great place great situation - even an owl ptting shop at 50 metres. I cannot really find any faults this time a 10
