Room was clean enough, housekeeping doesn’t do the beds, but they do take out the garbage. The washing machine is very helpful for those who stay longer.

Great hotel for Refreshing luggage!”
Modern, clean & quiet. Washing machine & kitchenette make this a great hotel for mid holiday as we were able to do our wash & dry, eat in. Great value breakfast. Luggage forwarding available & friendly staff. Selected for proximity to walk to Tokyo Dome, it was also only a short trip over to Shinjuku so would make a good base for a night or a longer stay. Highly recommend. Only tip for hotel, to include wall hooks in case washed clothes not suitable for dryer.

Very accommodating staff”
The staff were very accommodating. Japanese hospitality indeed! Only a few minutes away from the station. Less than 30 minutes away to Shinjuku. Tokyo Dome is in the vicinity.

This is one of the best hotels we have been to. The location is near to JR station, shopping malls, and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. The hotel room has a stove and a washer/dryer installed.

Pros: Location near tokyo dome !!!!!!! Staff's english is limited but the service is good. Washing machine with powder and microwave oven in room. The rest is good, up to japanese standards of cleanliness and functionality. Cons:room is super tiny so it's difficult to open ur luggage, especially if u have 2 large luggages.

Great location - Tokyo Dome & Suidobashi Station”
I was very satisfied with my stay at Tokyu Stay Suidobashi. The hotel is a very short walk from Suidobashi Station. I took a limo bus from Narita to Tokyo Dome Hotel and made a short walk to Tokyu Stay. For me, proximity to a train/subway station or limo bus dropoff hotel is very important and it met both expectations. The room was clean and spacious enough compared to previous Japanese hotels I have stayed at. The complimentary buffet breakfast exceeded my expectations, as I am used to only breads and juices. There is a washing machine/dryer combo inside your room, however I only washed my whites, as I believe hot water is the only option. In-room wifi was nice, as this is my first Japanese hotel to offer it. I would definitely stay at this specific Tokyu Stay hotel again.

Super Comfort Stay”
It's a very pleasant stay. We drop our luggages around 10 am, When we check-in in the afternoon, our luggages had been set in our room. The front desk staff speak English which made communication easier for non-Japanese-speaking persons like us. The location is good within 5 minutes walk from JR station. Within 10 minutes walk to Tokyo Dome. variety dinning choice and convenient stores nearby. Hotel offer free buffet breakfast. Room and bathroom room are big compared to regular hotel rooms in Tokyo. We book a twin room which equips 2 semi-double beds that good enough to suit a family travel with young kids . Will definitely book this hotel next time when in Tokyo.

Hotel was beyond expectations”
once we got to the hotel we were greeted by friendly and helpfull staff. we noticed the entire hotel was neat, clean, bright & ultra modern. friends who have travelled to tokyo before told me to expect tiny rooms from hotels but this wasnt the case at tokyu stay, the rooms were big and roomy especially for the price. flat screen tv hanging on the wall, well equipped bathroom (i now want a japanese bidet for my dream house), sobakawa pillows made for an extremely good sleep. having fresh pijammas delivered every morning was the cherry on top.

We stay here as a group who interest to attend Quilt Festival in Tokyo Dome in Suidobashi Station. This hotel is reasonable price within walking distance to Tokyo Dome and Station. The room provided full equiped of facilities like: microwave, friedge, washing machine, etc. with Breakfast

Exceptional”
i choose this hotel because it is near to TDC where I had an event to attend. it is very near to both TDC and suidobashi station, within 5mins. the area around is very quiet at night as it is in middle of office area however, there is alot of eateries along the main road. it is also very convenient to take airport limousine bus from Tokyo Dome Hotel. and as usual, the washing machine in the room is of great help.

Close to the Tokyo Dome”
Hotel is only 5 minutes from Suidobashi train station and 7 minutes walk from the Tokyo Dome. Central location and in a great spot to see Tokyo. Rooms bigger than most in Japan and clean, simple tasty breakfast and the staff were lovely. Would stay there again for sure.

Exactly as advertised, low cost no frills Japanese business hotel Cheap no frills totally adequate buffet breakfast- 500yen, good location for Tokyo dome and suidobashi station. This hotel brand has washing machines in the rooms!

Apartment Stay ”
One day stay here and didn't want to leave. As it was more an apartment, rather than a hotel, it had everything; including trousers press, stove, washing machine etc. Room was huge compared all other Hotels I've stayed in for the same price range. Surrounding is quiet. Near the JR station and Tokyo Dome.

A very nice hotel near a quiet neighbourhood”
We enjoyed our stay at the Tokyo Stay (Suidobashi). The friendly front desk staff was kind enough to check us in even though we arrived very late in the evening. The in-room washing machine was a big plus. We would recommend this relatively affordable yet superbly comfortable hotel.

Great value, good location and decent sized rooms”
I was very surprised with this hotel. With the amount i paid i was expecting a small room and cramped bathroom but was surprised to find the rooms were a decent size with plenty of bad room and desk space. The location of the hotel is great, only a five minute walk from the Suidobashi station and a few stations from from shopping districts like Shinjuku, Shibuya and Akihabara. Several good restaurants are in location too, particularly 'Watami' just opposite the university. The reception staff are nice with decent English ability, making check in/out and getting directions a breeze. The only cons i can think of is the cleanliness of the room. Underneath the welcome book i found a used hairband, a receipt from 3 days prior under the bed and a hair in the bath tub. This was not a major issue for me, but could deter others. Oh and there is a washing machine and dryer inside the room which i thought was great as there is no push and shove with other visitors. Overall I highly recommend this hotel to anybody on a budget. Very satisfied with my stay here.

Overall, stay was very good. Hotel is in very nice location, 5 minutes walk from Suidobashi station. This makes traveling around Tokyo very convenient. Will definately stay at this hotel again for my next trip.
