The room is clean and spacious. There is a small kitchen sink and some utensils, and also a washing machine! The view from the room we got was superb! Location of the hotel is also great. Short walking distance fromJR station and right next door to the morning market. Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful view”
We arrived during a blizzard but because the hotel has the bath and lounge we could spend a nice afternoon there. Being so close to the station made our lives so much easier and it is also walking distance from many tourist spots. The view from our room was spectacular. We stayed in the 16th floor. The room had a washing machine, microwave and kettle so we felt it made a big difference to other hotel rooms in Japan. We are extremely happy with our stay.

It really valuable hotel, no matter location, facilities, cleaning, staff services and etc, it sure is a 5 star hotels, I have recommend to my friends too The Onsen view is great, nex time will visit again. Oppp, forgot to said, I love the breakfast arrangement too much, it is a coupon to choose 1 of the 17th shop in the zhao shi market, love it so much ❤️

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, especially given the price. I wish I had booked more nights, it was such a comfortable and relaxing stay. I’m personally very ocd and particular about cleanliness and this place far exceeded my expectations! Given how clean it was, it felt like I was living in a completely newly built hotel.

Best Hotel @ Hakodate”
Hotel location is very near to Train/Bus Station, Restarants (like Kushiyama Kushizo), local attractions (like Red Brick Warehouse), etc... you can walk around w/o car. Excellent Breakfast (w/ 16 restarants nearby for selection... which we think IKURATEI is the best with high quality food). Well-designed room (w/ optimized floor space)... excellent mattress/blanket & air-con blowing direction... Thoughtful Staff provide Daily Bag of Towels at the door, if you choose DO NOT DISTURB. Coffee Maker (at ground floor) has Hot Chocolate as well...

Nice view and onsen”
Near to the morning market with a lot of food selection. Recommend to book with breakfast, hotel provide dining voucher which can be utilised at the morning market with wide selection of food (cheaper than you purchase the food directly from the restaurant). Onsen is small but cozy. It’s located at top floor with nice sea view. However the water quality is not excellent with bleaching agent smell, but acceptable coz it is clean.

Honestly an onsen on the 18th floor is enough for 5 stars. The hotel is fresh, new, and full of tasteful elements. From the Hakodate brick in the lobby to the beautiful paper-like globe lights in the lounge, it’s clear someone with amazing taste went above and beyond to make a bespoke experience in what is essentially a business hotel. 10/10.

Wonderful location and great service”
Since storm happened, JR train delayed 4 hours to Hakodate until 11:50pm. So when we arrived Tokyustay hotel was 12:10am. The Staff was very kind and considerable to arrange our room as well as provide weather forecast information.

Beyond Expectation!”
Been to Hakodate a few times, the best hotel i've stayed thus far! Love the spacious room for 3, we had a corner room with awesome view. The room is equipped with washing machine which is a plus!

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed!”
I’m very impressed with the hotel. The room amenities are complete! Microwave, medium fridge, kitchen utensils, washing/drying machine with liquid detergent, loungewear,free coffee at the lobby and level 17 lounge (with spectacular view!). Ice dispenser is also available at level 17. Location wise is very good, walking distance to JR Hakodate station, bus terminal and Hakodate morning market. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Very near to the morning market. Within walk distance to the Hakodate JR station. From the bath can see the city view. Outdoor bath is nice too. Value for money.

Good hotel with location close to the JR Hakodate station ”
We were pleasantly surprised that there was a washer/dryer in the room. It is about 5 minutes walking distance to the JR Hakodate station and just right in front of the Hakodate morning market

Room is not big but delicate. The spa have amazing top floor city view to Hokodate, the most impressed part is that the room is equipped with washing machine and detergent, which suits long stays travelers a lot.

Good hotel”
This hotel provides me and its customers to choose and have breakfast at the local restaurants nearby. It is such good chances to taste local meals (mostly seafood). In the room, there are a washing machine with dry function and prepared detergents and softeners. It is free. Outdoor onsen is in the highest floor of this hotel. Anyone can see the Aomori bay with fantastic views. All in all, I would recommend this hotel.
