Clean room, yummy food and a washer in the room!”
Their breakfast was sooo good! Way better than other beach resorts, and the room is very comfy and clean, the best part is you will have a washer/dryer in your room with detergent. If you have ever travel more than 5 days with child/children, then you will understand how happy I was when I see the washer in the room. This would be my next or only hotel to stay if we come back to Oki again.

Modern and comfortable hotel in Naha”
Great location in Naha, overlooking the river and a couple of minutes walk to Yui Rail Tsubogawa Sta. Also only 10 mins to Naha airport rail station. Hotel is very new, modern, clean and good facilities. Our room, Superior Twin on the 7th floor with a nice view of the river, was pretty large and included a sofa, a really nice bathroom, a wonderful washing machine with dryer function, kitchen sink, kettle, fridge, and a nice TV. Everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Free WiFi in the room was stable and fast. The staff were very friendly. The restaurant was small but well organised and the buffet breakfast was very good. Free coffee throughout the day too. The only minor annoyance was that the air con sometimes was loud. There's a fancy digital control panel on the wall so I managed to change the settings in Japanese to quieten it before going to bed so no problem but a simple English manual would be nice. Everything else, perfect!

Amazing service, great room”
Very well located near local Kanehide supermarket, convenience store, Mr. Donut, Okinawa food restaurant and Yui rail station all within walking distance, very clean room with river view and super efficient in-room washer/dryer, it was a great way to end my Okinawa trip here. The lady at front desk was super-nice and helpful. Definitely will be back!

Definitely would recommend for two or more night stays…”
Totally would recommend this hotel ESP. For two or more day stays. Super clean with washing machine and detergent in the room! Bathroom was separate from the shower and the basin had its own space as well… unlike other hotels where everything is if one space, meaning if someone is taking a shower no one can use the restroom or brush teeth… The layout was genius… helping it to never feel cramped… bed was super comfortable even the runaways… every staff we’ve met was super nice, from the housekeeping to the front desk… The only slightly tricky part was when we would send messages to the hotel via Agoda app it took a day to get a response… once you start your stay probably best to go directly to the front desk for any inquiries… The fact that it has a don Q in the same building was helpful, esp. when raining, but several other convenience stores only minutes away… The monorail was less than five minutes away from the hotel… Pleasant walk with Riverview… The only thing is our family of four each had their own sleeping area if we each had a large regular check in luggage we would need it to be strategic and taking turns to opening them… as a family it wasn’t a big issue for us, but if you were traveling with friends it would be something to make a plan about for LONG stays.

The hotel was walking distance from the monorail, which was very nice. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Maybe because the building is still new the room was very clean and organized. The city view which I chose was alright, nothing too exciting. Possibly the river side view might have been a better choice.

Excellent location with delicious breakfast buffet ”
I highly recommend this place for first time visitors to Naha Okinawa. It is a short 10 minutes monorail ride from airport and in front a big park across. It is also just couple blocks from Naha bus center. The best was the delicious breakfast buffet that includes lot of local flavor foods. In addition complementary coffee from 2pm to 10pm for caffeine addicted like me is a huge plus.

Beautiful Stay Naha”
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Excellent service at Tokyu Stay Naha. We enjoyed having a washing machine/ dryer in our room to do our laundry. We didn't really like that our sheets couldn't be changed for free because our stay was less than 6 nights. However, given the current COVID-19 situation, we appreciated that the hotel takes active measure to prevent the spread of the coronavirus amongst guests at the hotel. Parking is available at the hotel at a daily rate of about 1200 Yen.

Elevator between hotel and Don Q little confusing, thankfully another post taught us that Don Q is the first and second floor of the building, parking is 3rd and 4th, and the hotel lobby starts on the fifth floor and the rooms are above that… however the Don Q elevator does not connect with the hotel lobby elevators… we discovered we can ride the store elevators to the third floor, get off walk across the parking which is relatively close to get to the hotel elevators which takes us to the front desk, we have to get off again then walk across the room to the hotel room elevators then proceed to rooms lol
