The view of the hotel is spectacular, one of the pools was crystal clear (the one under maintenanc), the other was horrible. The food was good.
The room I booked was a double room with 2 single beds, what I have been provided was a one double bed room with no explanation from the receptionist. The reception staff have very poor English. Excuse me they are working in a touristic facility, they should at least pronounce English properly. The doors automatic keys of (do not disturb&#47;make room) was not operating. Where is the usual paper sign that we hang!!!? The animation team is horrible. I think in general the hotel in few years would be crappie, the maintenance is poor although the hotel is still new.

The room wasn&#39;t clean or prearranged. The stuff is not trustable (giving many promises without any action, and very slow response). Not all the facilities were working ( the central air-conditioning system wasn&#39;t working at many places, the pool shower wasn&#39;t working, some bathrooms weren&#39;t clean, two restaurants wren&#39;t working, and the kids area is very low quality place. In addition, the food was bad and we had few chooises. They seemed to me there as they are very materialistic (looking only for any extra charge).

The room was big enough,, the hotel is new and facilities are very good
The resturant staff are not professional, The food quality was poor,, there is no handover between the reception staff so you have to repeat your request to each and every one. The animation team is very boring. The parking fees are very expensive (100 egp per day) and the parking is not shaded

Very Relaxing”

It’s very clean and spacious our stay was very relaxing. The pools were very clean and so was the beach. The food was really good, the staff were very friendly, especially Mohammed Salah at the front desk, and Mr. Saeed the bus driver to the beach, and the beach boy whose name I didn’t really catch. Also the view from the hotel was really nice.
The only down side was that the ACs in the lobby and outside the rooms weren’t working really well so it was kind of hoot outside of the rooms.

The location and the building are beautiful. The suite i got is very elegant, huge space, and well designed. Also the view is lovely, you are located at 200 - 300 meter above sea level with amazing panoramic sea view.
The management is a group of amateurs. It is very obvious that there is no previous experience whatsoever of running such an activity. Starting from check-in, the bell captain left me to carry my bags and no one guide me to my room. Then, room service knocked the door without any reason only to get tips. Moving to the pool, there was an anonymous guy connecting his mobile to the sound system and playing a lousy music of a very low class band according to his own preference! The AC at the bedroom was not cooling, only ventilation, i asked them twice for repair, they tried to convince me it is well functioning! Temperature didn&#39;t go less than 27 degree! They didn&#39;t even propose to change the suite while occupation was obviously low. The check-out was astonishing, they will not let you go without checking every item in the room! Happily i was innocent and my check list was clear but i heard dramatic stories about holding guests for a missing clothing hanger and they searched inside their luggages in the lobby! Unfortunately, i do not recommend at all despite the incomparable location.
