Nestled in a land area *hidden* by mangroves, the beach house is perfect for people who are looking for a private and exclusive place for their holiday.

The beach house is ocean front, the beach is just a few foot steps away.
Every place of the house has a view of the ocean, including the bedrooms.

Kayaks & paddle boards are available for use at the property.

The ocean is a great snorkeling spot, so be sure to bring your goggles, snorkel, and surf shoes!

There is an outdoor grill facing the ocean which makes it a perfect scene for a sunset barbecue.

Sipaway Island is still undeveloped. Coconut trees abound and you can roam the island by renting a bike or ride the trisikle.

I wont be available in person, but I am surely available by call/text 24/7. Also, we have caretakers in the property whom you can ask for help (please tip them at least PHP 500 if you wish them to assist you during your stay i.e., buy something from the market etc).

There is a market in the island where you can buy fresh seafood and meat and other cooking needs.

Fresh seafood are often available at the market, or fishermen may approach from the ocean and you can negotiate a suitable price for it.

There are some tourist attractions in the island which you can get to by tricycle.

My daughter and I are sharing our happy place with you. We find peace and serenity here and hope you will too.

Not only do we love the water, we also love spending time with family, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We always dreamed of a place where we can be surrounded by nature, less wifi and just breathe in what nature has to offer.

☀️☀️REMINDERS FOR AN ENJOYABLE BEACH-CATION: ☀️☀️ DON'T LEAVE THE DINING AREA open as STRAY dogs may eat your food. KAYAK & PADDLE BOARD USE for free only upto 6pm, for your safety. NO SMOKING Inside the house, non smokers need clean air :) NO EATING, DRINKING inside the bedrooms as you might attract ants into your bed & sheets KEEP THE HOUSE and SURROUNDINGS clean. if you have broken anything, kindly inform our caretaker so they can have it fixed. House maid not included in the rental, pls do things on your own. in case of BROWNOUT, our genset CAN'T power the aircon - pls USE ELECTRIC FAN only. CARETAKERS ARE DISCOURAGED TO GO NEAR THE GUESTS,UNLESS THE GUESTS ASKS THEM, FOR THE SAFETY OF EVERYONE. ☀️☀️KAYAK &PADDLE BOARD USE & GUIDELINES: ☀️☀️ Paddle board & Kayak use is free subject to the following terms: Paddle board & Kayak use is from 6am to 6pm only. it is already dangerous to go out and ride the kayak and paddle after 6pm as it will be dark. Before using the Paddle board and Kayak, Our caretakers will require 1,500php deposit. After you use the Paddle board & Kayak, pls return it to our caretakers and if there are no damage, our caretakers will return your 1,500php deposit. Paddle board and Kayak CAN NOT BE USED on low tide where there is no water on the shore, because it will be damaged if you drag it on the sand. USE IT ONLY ON HIGH TIDE, WHERE THERE IS WATER ON THE SHORE. THANK YOU we appreciate your kind understanding.
