The customer service is quit disappointing”
I highly recommend this Hotel for the location and facilities. However, I got disappointed because the front desk is quite discriminating and not friendly. I felt discriminated twice when we arrived at the hotel and when we purchased the buffet breakfast the following day. Hoping that this should be addressed.

We were glad to be able to avail of their promo. Room was big & spacious. Our room has balcony facing the highway. Though it was a bit irritating cause you get to hear the cars/vehicles passing by so we opted to turn the TV on to counter the noise pollution. Suite room was equipped not with your regular king size bed, both with a California king size bed. Bathroom was spacious too. Food was great & very affordable. Was so tired & we opted to have our lunch & dinner in the room. Was given a 10% discount on F&B.

The lobby staff are kind and extends their help sincerely but the security personnel located near the parking area just keep playing his mobile phone and does not even notice and extend help on us even our vehicle ingress into the hotel parking area with difficulty due to road works at the time.

Expected more from the breakfast buffet”
They lack on dishes. Only serving hotdogs, ham, and scrambled eggs for the main food of the buffet. I checked in to a suite so my expectations for breakfast are superb, but I was kind of disappointed.

Breakfast was included but wasn't replenished. Actually almost no food at all on 1 morning. Carpet in room from the 80's and was stained.

Upon check in, we were not able to connect to the wifi and reported such immediately. We did countless of follow ups but unfortunately we were not able to use the wifi during our entire stay. Also, the shower does not have hot water. The food choices for the bfast buffet were also limited. During our stay we only had longganisa, fried eggplant and salted egg.

It is with sadness that I have to report some negative issues especially since this was my third stay within a year, because I really liked the hotel staff and management. They are really nice people and treated us very well. An important safety issue occurred which all need to be aware of, as follows: There apparently was a small fire that was quickly put out by the security guard and a helper with fire extinguishers. This happened around 10:30 pm one night; a fire alarm heard from outside the room was our first notification. My room was on the 3rd floor. The 2nd floor filled up with smoke, and the 3rd floor was starting to fill up when the event was attended to. We went out into the parking lot and waited until we thought it was safe to go back inside. Strange thing is is that only we in our room and a couple in another room (4 people total) were the only ones out in the parking lot due to the fire. I saw no attempt by the hotel staff to purposely notify any guests in the rooms of the fire. I later asked a hotel employee if the fire department had been notified and he said "no" as if there was no longer any need to since the fire was out. Kudos (good job) to the two men to responded with the fire extinguisher and put the fire out, but certainly not happy with the lack of response by any other hotel employee. One more thing which cannot be ignored: the carpet in the room was filthy, dirty, spotty, and very old. On the positive side, and hotel staff is very friendly and nice, the hotel breakfasts are very good, and, other than the carpet, the room was nice and clean.

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean. The bed, pillows, and duvet was very comfortable. The bath towels were thicker than most. The A.C. worked great and was quiet. The WiFi worked well and the room smelled good. International ATMs everywhere. Only complaint was that there was no fridge in the room and that there was No laundry mat nearby. I might stay here again.

Pros location Cons elevator out of service entire stay and by the look of it had been for some time. Room cleaning never done unless requested at reception. No fridge. Quite expensive and in comparison to somewhere the same price you are getting far less in return.

Not a good experience at all. Carpet in the room was smelling, no internet connection when we arrived as advertised. I was pitty to the front desk staffs because they were cold to their guests as dead both night and day shift, breakfast was good except for the bacon that's like soaked in water, supposed to be crunchy but was not. So surprised that we could only have either coffee or juice and not allowed to have more. Me and my husband shared 1 glass of orange juice and 1 cup of coffee, we couldn't have both. I was glad we only spent 1 night there. :-( :-(
