the beach was awesome as long as you went away from the property.”

property was very clean, when there was an issue they repaired it quickly
there was construction 2 buildings over that was there for sometime and was never told to me. I booked less than 24hrs of arrival. the crane was piling a concrete pilings into the ground so image the noise, brutal. the ac vent was nasty, could not even see the metal grill paint from all the dirt on it. batteries to the controller where almost dead so hard to change channels and volume. outside furniture was full of stains

The property was top shelf all the way...from the suburb amenities to the great beach and location...the suite was beautiful and was completely stocked for dishes...cook ware...laundry washer and dryer...towels. A complete apartment with a sea view, that came with the use of a first class health spa/gym 2 pools and beautiful beach...was the best beach holiday I have had in the USA.

the dryer took a while to dry and there were a few repairs needed. for example, the bottom bathroom drawer in the master bath and the tile in the floor of the master bath need repair. the large picture on the wall in the kids room fell on my son in the middle of the night but he was not harmed. overall we had an excellent stay. will recommend to others.

We were walking up to the pool entrance and the security officer saw us. It was 10:01pm. He refused to let us in even though he was talking to us as he locked the gate. He was very rude. He made us walk completely around the unit. I feel at the price we paid he could have been more professional and nicer than he was.

Location was perfect. The apartment was lovely and well stocked. The rec equipment available for use was a wonderful bonus.
Access to the beach was confusing. Access to the pool was rather a disaster - code didn't work and people just climbed over the gate.

Overall I would recommend.”

Breakfast was not included. The location was great. It was right on the beach and close to restaurants and other attractions. Very nice pickleball courts and other activities such a shuffleboard and put-put. The fitness center was awesome with pool, sauna, steam room etc. You did have to walk a ways to get to this or take a shuttle but we always walked. There were plenty of towels and wash clothes.
The pools were not heated or if they were they were cold. There were 3 elevators and 2 of them were not working most of the time. We were on the 5th floor and it was faster to take the stairs. It would be nice if the condo unit would supply things such as cleaning spray, so we could have cleaned a little. More blankets and coffee filters and garbage bags would have been nice also. The couch seemed a little dirty but overall everything was fairly clean. There were 2 hair dryers and neither one worked. The toilet in the master bath did not flush properly.
