My experience with their staffs stood out. They attend to my needs as promptly as they can. They represented the hotel well. What amazes me is my chance to be given the opportunity for my room to be upgraded for free, so more access to their facilities and amenities! A simple hotel with 5-star guests treatment”

I highly recommend this hotel for those st ying in Manila. It's like in the centre of Metro Manila and near to populat tourist spots in Metro Manila. 7 eleven is just a short walk away and MOA is just a 5 or so minutes rides. It's very easy to take grab or any kind of transport just outside the hotel. Breakfast is nice too with generosity. Spacious room, with microwave, tv, good working aircon, hotshower, refrigerator, water boiler, safe, and complete plates, utensils, cups and saucers and glasses. Any problem is solved the soonest. I have no complain at all. Thank you to all the staff, specially to Mr. Loh for giving us special and very kind treatment. We will definitely stay in this hotel again when we go back to Philippines. Very highly recommended!

Convenient, Clean, Tidy & Worth It”

The room is surprisingly clean & tidy, the rooms are really big, I think what we have paid are totally worth it. The room is just 10-15 minutes away from the airport, also City of Dreams is just opposite of the room. If you would like to stay around the casinos but not willing to spend so much money just for the stay, this is a really good option for you. I will definitely stay here again for my next manila trip.

Exceptionally recommendable”

We stayed for 4 nights and the rooms were comfortable, affordable and super clean. I love how the staff handled our requests. Having kids with so many demands and critical about little things is such a challenged to find satisfactory accomodation. Touristation exceeded my expectations and the staff and even the manager was kind enough to entertain our needs. Kudos to the management and will definitely be back again soon... Thank you!

We had 5 days pleasant stay here. Room was clean and spacious enough. Staff were friendly. We were allowed to check out till 6pm ( as our flight was 11pm that night) without extra cost, really appreciated it! Only minor concerns we raised and was addressed promptly were: 1. The housekeeping staff. Hubby was inside the room at that time when doorbell rang but he did not answer it straightaway as he was sleeping, next thing he heard was the door opening but the staff did not get through because of the key chain lock attached (we did not scheduled for cleaning). 2. There was a renovation happening exactly above our room during our entire stay. We could hear the hammer sound etc as early as 7 am and trying to sleep in was difficult. However when we raised this issue to the staff, we noticed that they start work a bit later, around 08:30am (till 6pm). Despite of these minor issues, we still highly recommend this place. :)

Excellent room and good value !”

I was attenting a concert at the MOA arena and this hotel was an excellent location and close to everything I needed for my stay ! I was pleasantly surprised by my single room, it was comfortable and I felt safe and calm ! Sharing the shower and bathroom was no problems, it was clean and easy to use and I had such a wonderful stay here. The staff is really nice and welcoming and the bottled water in your room is also super handy ! Plus for many outlets in your room so you can always charge computers / phones. I would reccomed to put in a little mirror just for the convenience of the guests and maybe have a little shared hairdryer available in the commonspace, other than that it was perfect and I would love to come back next time !

Few minutes to and from the airport. Very accessible malls and churches and for other activities. The place is clean with complementary daily breakfast. The host and staff of touristation are very friendly. We checked in earlier and we got upgraded to another unit.

Nice staff. Clean facilities. Free breakfast was a plus. Strong wifi. Near Baclaran church and restos so it's very convenient. There's also a terminal for multicabs to MOA. Convenient location if you want some place near the airport.

Pro: KUDOS to the Staff!!!! very accommodating and warm to be with. They will help you in any way they can. Clean room and has a great ambiance. Complementary breakfast was sufficient. near bars, KTV and restaurants. Easy checkout - you will just leave the keys to the front desk of the building. Cons: When I arrive the elevator is under maintenance. and the room is on the 12th floor No cable since the cable company wants the other tenants to avail their new type of cable. No keys for the bathroom if ever you were locked. There's a repair at the other room around 8 am. But since the lady there is very nice I will surely come back.
