Exceptional”
right by the lake, right by the JR bus stop also, staff try their best to speak to you in English and have English maps to help you along. Good base to explore the Towadako region of Aomori. onsen was a plus.

A warm welcome in cold winter night”
The Staff was very nice! We arrive at the hotel building around 5 PM and it seems to be closed. However there's a staff waiting for us (for I don't know how long) he knows our name and lead us to the other building that is still opened. He takes very good care of us during our stay and give a lot of advice. On the day we check out, at first we have to return the car at Aomori station but the road condition were not very good after the heavy snow last night, so he help us talked to nippon-rent-a-car if we can return the car at Hachinohe station instead. The Location of the hotel is close to all the sight seeings on Towada Lake. The food was good and the onsen was a bonus. It really worth the money. The only downside we feel is the elevetor was very old and scary and the heating that stops every 3 hours so it was a little cold in the nignt.

Very close tot the JR Bus station. We were assigned a Japanese style room with fantastic lakeside view. The dinner and breakfast were good at this price.

Comfy but alittle squeezy”
Booked a room for 4 but it's superb squeezy with no room space. Dinner was grand, breakfast was simple. Onsen was not bad but the open air bath was too dark at night (since sunset at 4pm) to be used. The heater in the room was not powerful enough to heat up and we have to set our own bed and not enough space to open our luggage. Other than that everything was good, there was free parking lot, alittle tad hard to locate on Google map and gps.

Dinner and breakfast were varied each day of our stay. Our room was not cleaned so I asked for fresh towels. Seems unusual. Handy to JR bus and tour boat pier. Parts of hotel look run-down but rooms are good. Very good value.

autumn is the perfect time to visit lake towada. one gas station, coffee shop nearby, bus station is just opposite. try to request fro lake view room.

Sincere, helpful and polite staff”
Spacious and comfy. Just bathroom and public area are cold at night. Staff are very sincere and helpful. We were late for dinner, the 2 reception seniors helped us with the food store purchase and separately sent us warm and hearty dinner. Very grateful for that!

Good location but not very good service”
The location is very good, just opposite to the JR bus station and very close to tourist sightseeing ferry pier. It is a Japanese style hotel, you need to prepare the bed, usually the hotel will prepare for you, but I have to do this by my own.

Friendly staff, good location near the lake towada, and good wifi too. However, onsen was small, the dinner was awful, portion was small and very limited option of food for breakfast.

フェリー乗り場からすぐでとても便利。夕食なしのプランだと、近場に食堂はないようで少し歩いた小売店で調達するしかないよう。早めに予約していたのに、レイクビューではない部屋だった。民宿らしいいい雰囲気だが、部屋にゴミが落ちてたりテーブルがきれいに拭かれてなかったり、布団が汚れていたりであまり清潔ではなかった。スタッフは丁寧でとてもよい。
