Once we found the hotel, we were bowled over by the attentiveness, friendliness and helpfulness of the all-in-one-person staff. Guiseppe made sure that we had an enjoyable stay and tried to foresee all our needs before we eeven knew them ourselves. We entered a century-old-building to a dark and dingy entry hall. Up one flight, and you come to the well-secured door of the hotel. From that point, we were in a different world.
