Great location with great cave onsen”
Great location few minutes walks to Toya Lake and 10 minutes walking distance from Toya Onsen bus terminal to the hotel. Great breakfast and superb in-room dinner and amazing lake view from the room. Cave Onsen is highly recommended. We visited Uzusan ropeway and bear Park by purchasing a round trip bus ride from Toya Onsen bus terminal. We took bus from Toya Knsen bus terminal to Noboribetsu Onsen bus terminal. Very economical and convenient bus ride for almost an hour.

Exceptional”
Beautiful view of lake toya from the room. The onsen was good and had a small outdoor onsen. There's a convenience shop opposite the hotel too. The staff was helpful to help us make a booking for the bus that goes to Niseko via Rusutsu.

Beautiful winter view of lake Toya ”
The hotel has a nice window view of lake Toya and an amazing outdoor onsen area. For the ladies; the outdoor onsen area is secluded and privacy is not comprised. For the gentleman; the outdoor onsen area is public and open, which means modesty is comprised and in full view of public. Even the male changing room’s windows are not tinted and can be easily seen from outside by the public. Nonetheless, the view of lake Toya is breathtaking in winter. Do remember to make use of the free shuttle bus from the JR station to the hotel.

Hotel - Acceptable condition with great onsen Food-Dinner is great but if there is few option for dinner set will be even better Onsen-A variety of pools. Indoor n outdoor. Room-Japanese room with a fantastic view of the lake. Able to see fire work in the room. Service-Excellent. Staff helpful. Courteous. Always smiling. Location- Near to lakeside. Opposite a seico mart. Along Main Street.

Nice breakfast and Lake Toya view”
Big public bath and nice buffet breakfast served. Dinner was a Ala Carte style. Room provided was facing Lake Toya and able to see the fire works clearly. However, toilet was smelly and need to spray fragrant yourself.

Great location with front view of the lake can see the fire works essily from room window. Nice tatami style room, room is quite spacious. Bathroom a bit small, there is no electric kettle in the room. The hotel is a bit old but well kept. The dinner is nice and kitchen staff is so kind to work out for our nice vegetarian meal. Too bad we missed the breakfast we didnt know the restaurant stop allowing people to come in 1/2 hour before it closed. Hotel is surrounded by nice new hotels. Hotel opposite has convenient store and a ramen restaurant. Hotel provide free scheduled shuttle to JR station however need advance ld booking.

We are a group of 4 adults staying for 2 nights. The room is a traditional tatami room 13 sq.m. so the space is quite limited. However, the view of the lake is so stunning and can compensate the little space we have. The food served in a room as a set of Japanese food to each person. The taste is great! The overall facilities including rooms, amenities and central area are quite old. A little renovation to repair some walls and in-room bathroom would be great. For those who love onsen and public bath, I would highly recommend this hotel. Unlike your room, the bath is surprisingly huge and has several tubs to rest in, both indoors and outdoors. There is also a cave-style onsen for a unique experience.

Nice Japanese rooms with lake view”
Considering Toyako Onsen is still a 15 min drive from the JR station, this hotel offers free shuttle bus rides to and from the station, making it super convenient. Only thing is you have to make reservation 1 day in advance and only through phone call. We were lucky that a shuttle bus was there at the station when we were queuing up for taxi, and there was still enough spaces to fit 2 of us. Breakfast and dinner (Japanese style) were provided which is a plus.

Very nice view from room which looking to Lake Toya, it has fireworks on lake at 845PM we can enjoy the fireworks by sitting in room with cup of hot tea. Tatami is comfortable, dinner in hotel is not buffet style, sashimi is not fresh, oden is cold and taste weird. Onsen is super nice for both indoor and outdoor

Take taxi from toys station”
Hotel did not respond to my request for pick up from toya station.. But taxi is reasonable, about 23-25 US dollars. The hotel did make a reservation for the return to toya station. The breakfast was outstanding and worth the stay. Ask if there are fireworks. I think they make the announcement only in Japanese. Lake toya is worth the visit.

Nice hotel for 2 days”
Good hotel to stay in although the dinner was not as good as expected, the hotel caters to large tour groups from China, and you can guess the crowd and trying to cater to such large groups. Onsen was good, and view from hotel room to the lake was scenic & great

I visited there at Christmas season, the price is little high. But the room's view is very good, but the facility is little bit old. One good thing is they have provide you the privet bath room to take onsen, but it will charge you 3000 yan per room.
