満足度高い”

初めて泊まりました。 眺望、スタッフの対応、ビュッフェの食事、どれをとっても私には十分過ぎる内容でした。 知人におススメしたいです。 細かい点を敢えて挙げると、 食事で有料の飲み物の頼み方の説明が無く、こちらから聞がなければならなかったこと、客室備え付けの館内案内図にコインランドリーの凡例があるのに、各階、各棟には記載が無く？？？となった事…以前は有ったが今は無くなったと解釈しましたが笑 まあ細かい事なので、また泊まってみたいと思ったことには影響しません！

料理にお風呂もよかった”

お料理は北海道の美味しさを堪能できました。また、お部屋も清潔でゆったり過ごせました。お風呂からの眺望はよかったですが、男女で入れるお風呂が違うのが少しさみしい気がしました。同じタイミングで同じ景色が楽しめるともっと良いと感じました。

本当に最高...心からおすすめします”

スタッフの皆様が一人一人とても親切で、朝の挨拶から声かけなど、お客様を心から元気づけるような雰囲気でとても良いです！最上階で、羊蹄山と洞爺湖を眺めながら入る温泉は本当に最高だったのと、入り口にシャンプーBARがあり、いろんな有名なメーカーのシャンプーを毎日楽しむことができました。バイキングの料理も北海道産の美味しい野菜や海鮮などがたくさん出てきて、毎日飽きることがなかったです！お部屋もすごく綺麗だし、毎晩花火をやってるので窓から見えます！ロビーもすっごく広くて図書館やカフェもあってとても快適に過ごせます。また絶対に滞在したいホテルNO.１です！スタッフの皆様ありがとうございました^^
