BAD!!”

Kitchen staff at breakfast were great. Check in staff not so great. Checked into smoking room even though had requested no smoking a month before as i was travelling with baby. They didnt believe me until i showed them a booking receipt. No appologies just handed air freshener and told they were full. The room smelt disgusting and i refused to stay in it. After repeatly saying it was dangerous for a child to stay in a smoking room - i was given a room with a broken window. Again no sorry, no discount. Disgusting treatment of a customer staying a week at their hotel.

Best Hotel”

Ideal hotel for travelers. Near the stations and grocery stores. Staffs are very polite, the room is so clean. You can cook and do the laundry. Will definitely recommend this with friends who will travel to tokyo

チェックインに時間がかかる”

夕方にチェックインが集中するのでかなり待たされる。 ホテルの駐車場はすぐに満車になるので離れた場所の駐車場の場所を聞くのに並ばされ、車を停めて戻ってきてチェックインするのにまた始めから行列に並ばされる。 受付が2人だけなので、混雑時は人員を増やすなと対応してほしい。

代行代わり”

久々に太田に飲みに出て、代行代と帰りの時間を考えても泊まった方が楽だったので太田に宿泊 泊まるなら新しいホテルと思い宿泊しました。 駐車場が別に500円、遅く行ったので満車で少し離れた場所になりました。 とにかく、ベットが硬めで私には合わないと思いました。 掛け布団もペラペラ 早朝、朝食は大混雑、食べずにチェックアウト。

群馬太田駅から徒歩5分程の場所にあります。近くにはコンビニもあり便利がよいです。出張などで使うときにも便利かもしれません。

ロケーション抜群なホテル”

太田で所用があり、こちらで一泊しました。立地は駅そばで太田のメインの繁華街から徒歩で非常に近くて良かったです。部屋は若干狭いが新しめかつ清潔で必要なものがあり、wifiも快適であったので寝るだけなので充分でした。朝食の無料サービスがあったのは非常に良かったです。ホテルに隣接してタワーパーキングがあるのですが、台数に限りがあるので早めにチェックインしないと満車になり別の場所やコインパーキングになるようです。我々は土曜日の１５時位に入庫したので問題なっかたですが１７時には満車になっていました。もう少し料金が安いと助かりますが、総合的にはずれないホテルチェーンです。また太田にくることがあれば次回も候補になるホテルですね。
