Quiet and comfortable room! Very convenient as you just need to walk less than 5 minutes to the JR Wakayama station and bus station. The staff are beautiful and police.

The location is good, 300 m. from JR train station. The price is economic. Staff cannot speak English so some more effort to communicate but very good service mind and hospitality. The toiletries is well prepared at front desk. Breakfast (Japanese food) is free.

Value for money”
It locates within 5 mins walking distance to JR station. The room size is good enough for single people, but there are 2 things that make me feel unonfortable, which is, there is strong smoking smell and the air-con can't turn to cool air instead of warm air (it's around 15/16 C outside, I don't think warm air-con is needed), it's too hot even I turn to the lowest temp. And surprisingly, the free breakfast provided is not bad. Therefore, the overall comment to this hotel is nice.

No frill hotel at convenient location”
Overall satisfied. The front reception is not friendly and helpful. The check in time is very strict. Nothing earlier than 4pm. If you just need a comfortable hotel near the JR station and does not any service, then this hotel is just fine.

Wir haben mit drei Freunden (Studenten) eine Unterkunft in Wakayama gesucht, die möglichst günstig ist. Dieses Hotel war das günstigste, das wir gefunden haben. Für uns hätte auch ein geringerer Standard gereicht. Wir haben pro Kopf und Nacht rund 30€ bezahlt. Dafür gab es kleine aber saubere, ordentliche Doppelzimmer mit eigener Dusche/WC und ein Frühstück. Man ist schnell am Bahnhof. Ich fand den Preis angemessen. Nicht super günstig, aber auch nicht zu teuer.
