Toyoko Inn is usually a good choice. Nice location within seconds to restaurants, shopping and Shinkansen Bathroom very smelly and the breakfast room a bit too crowded for social distance times... Would book again!

Convenient location; but need to bear with bad wi-fi connection”

It's within a kick of stone to Kagoshima Chuo Station and the heart of the city - very convenient. Breakfast is just ok. However, if you need a stable wi-fi connection during your stay (e.g., for my case, I needed to work from the hotel room). Each hotel room is given a unique wifi account and a password. Less than an hour after I started using it, my account stopped working. I reported to the reception and a staff member came to my room to reset the wifi hotspot in my room. Half an hour later, wifi wasn't working again. The receptionist apologised and gave me a list of all other rooms' account names and passwords for me to try logging in with other 'visible' accounts. I stayed there for two nights and switched to seven different accounts. The next evening I moved to another Toyoko Inn in Fukuoka and I faced the same problem.

3 minutes walk from Kagoshima-Chuo station. Their single room is quite spacious. Their breakfast menu changes everyday. Overall, a comfortable stay.

The bed, breakfast included, room cleaniness, staff service, location and environment is very good comparing to the standard of other hotel. The cons is the pillow is too soft, will require extra pillow. I've requested in my booking but was still not provided.

room is ok. quite some space to store your luggage. too bad they don't have pajamas in room. breakdast is mostly japanese and only toast as alternatives.

Near JR station. Clean and tidy room. Can view Sakurajima and Ferris wheel from the room.

it is a hotel close the the station, convenience store nearby, however not much choice for the breakfast, overall is good as it is cheap, also it is easy to book the room，room is small but clean
