設備は綺麗で気持ち良く使えました。11階だったので、景色を楽しみに窓を開けたら廃屋？が目の前に‥カーテンを開けれませんでした。 朝ご飯は質素で、野菜中心。バナナや卵位欲しかったです。

娘が受験で利用しました。特急に乗り遅れて２時間ほど到着が遅れる連絡をしたのですが、事務的な返答ではなくとても暖かい返答で道中の無事も気遣ってくれました。 利用者は「立地がいいので初めての場所でも安心」と言ってました。

絶対にお薦め出来ません。”

2泊しましたがフロントスタッフは事務的で印象悪かった。 朝飯は最悪でした。コロナ対策とはいえ手袋をはめさせられ温かいのはご飯と味噌汁だけでおかずも超少ない!　今朝はお粥があったがトレイにお粥?　スプーンも無くどうして食べる?　誰も食べられないのに気づかないスタッフが只のバカ。もう２度と東横インには泊りません。
