Toyoko Inn has free breakfast for guests, this one is slightly better than average Toyoko Inn. For this Toyoko Inn, do not like the policy that guests has to return the keys when leaving the hotel temporarily, and the room needs to be cleared at 1000 hrs.

Free breakfast, location,

Disappointing. The room is the smallest we have ever stayed in including European hotel rooms. Staff had VERY limited English but this is not usually a problem. The room key system is archaic and did cause grief as no one explained that you must hand your key in to the reception or they won't clean your room! We came back to the hotel after being out for 4 hrs and the rooms on our floor were still being cleaned. There was a bag of towels hanging on the door of our room and as the cleaner was working in a room along side ours, we went to wait in reception. The cleaners all left after handing in a bunch of keys. We went up to our room to find the bag of towels still on the door handle and the room not cleaned. On taking up the matter with the desk clerk, who couldn't speak much English he made it clear that the room wasn't cleaned as they didn't have a key!! PLEASE be clear to your guests that this is your cleaning policy. There was NO information in the room , nor in the elevator where all other information seems to be displayed. A simple notice saying "return key to reception so your room can be cleaned" would have prevented this misunderstanding. Not a good experience.

J'ai profité d'une promotion. Chambre double au prix d'une single. Ce fut très agréable car la chambre était plus grande. Mais conforme au standard japonais. Le seul défaut, c'est le petit déjeuner. Pas grand choix, donc..... Par contre, l'emplacement est idéal. Quelques minutes de la gare de Matsue.

Premier séjour dans cet hotel. Tout s'est très bien passé. Seul bémol, le petit déjeuner. Certes, il est gratuit, mais il n'y a pas grand choix même si c'est un buffet. Donc, très grande déception.
