Good Bargain Hotel”

The free breakfasts, the coin laundry, and the staff!

This was our second stay at this hotel. It's adjacent to Niigata JR station so it's very convenient for independent travelers. While the rooms are relatively small, we found them to be cozy and clean and more than adequate for us. The free breakfasts were also excellent. We would highly recommend this to anyone visiting the Niigata area.

Decent hotel, good location ”

Location, fast check in and check out, and rooms were clean.

The check in time was a little late for what I like (the check in time is 4pm) but the hotel was in a great location, and everything overall was a pleasant experience, especially for the price! I'd stay again.

スタッフ皆さん好印象です”

今回お部屋のグレードアップをして頂きました。お部屋のポットが作動せず、フロントに連絡したところ、直ぐにお部屋まで別のポットを持って来て頂きました。笑顔がとても素敵でした。窓からの眺めも良かったです。何より駅チカというか駅隣りで夜も出歩きに凄く便利でした。

アプリ会員ゴリ押し”

14時頃に訪問しチェックイン手続きしようとしたら、チェックインは16時（！）からだが、アプリ会員登録すれば15時から。 と意味不明な説明。 当然断りましたが、16時過ぎに再訪した際もチェックイン待ちの長蛇の列に1人ひとりアプリ会員を勧奨されていました。 おそらくチェーン全体の方針なのでしょうが、アプリ勧奨の前に一言も「ご不自由を〜」、「お急ぎのところ〜」などの言葉がなかったことに落胆し、アプリ登録することは一生ないだろう、と強く感じました。
