Super convenient location with very reasonable rate. Most of guests were local business men and some Chinese tour groups. Room was clean but I found it was very humid despite of being on the high floor.

excellent location just a few minutes walk from Okayama Station. water dispenser available at the lobby that looks like a cafeteria. pyjamas available at the lobby too, in a sanitised wardrobe. but there is only 1 kind of pyjamas available (from what I saw) and it is a one piece, dress-like. room is very small (typical Japanese room size). for a 1 night stay, it was worth the money and time.

Wish we'd discovered this chain earlier; will definitely use them more now we apprciate their facilities, quality and value. Saw them in several places later that were better placed than what we'd booked. And you can get discount if you visit several - and we will.

Ok for Japanese business people, not nso good for tourists”
4pm check in time is not good enough for tourists No tea and coffee in rooms (a basic in my view) beds were rock hard, though good sized single beds. Staff were very friendly and helpful, with issues they could do something about (e.g. request for additional pillows, help with laundromat) WiFi was good for us but our room was near the lift well so this often helps in my experience. Breakfast was ok, mostly simple Japanese food.

Location is great, with only 5 mins walk from JR station. Friendly staff. Breakfast is fine. Good choice with business trip. You get everything you need but do not expect much.
